15 Meeting with the Bearded Lady

The overbearing purple crystalline wall presented itself at Bai Li once more, the beauty lied in its vast size of a mountain protecting the city and the ballistas above made it a domineering peak that nobody could take in.

The leader of the so called order of Golden Star region of the Soul Realm is the daughter of a Commodore of an elite space navy called the Azure Wrath. The Commodore is an Evolver who has an oppressing battle technique when it comes to his martial arts as well as his display of command in the navy. What brought him to his fame was his decisive maneuver when facing the Shikan Drones and its orbital drops. He had managed to take on a force about triple his men and with maintained casualty of that caliber. Her name was Yu Yan and she managed the post for two years. She was a Peak Stage Warrior and was trying to make breakthroughs so her power could be further multiplied when she passed through the Second Gate.

The fear of staying in one realm too long was in everybody's mind and Yi Yan, who is known for her cold nature and ruthlessness, had stayed here for two years, she was definitely transporting soon so the order she honed and protected would be all gone.

He had arrived at the destinated photo and had the picture of the leader who would lead him.

He looked harshly through the large plaza with stands filled to the brim with customers trying to be buy overpriced goods such as beast souls and weaponry.

He examined the sword in hand and further analyzed the blade to identify the sword in question.

The man behind him punched Bai Li on the shoulder. The strength of the attack was so strong he flew a couple feet before catching his balance.

The man was way slimmer when compared to the photo. His long beard and large build made it look as if he were a battle hardened marine who survived the battlefield for more than twenty years. The man in front who was the same height was much more skinnier and his arms held much more muscles than the person in the picture.

The man stood there waiting for Bai Li's response to his order, to which he was extremely patient for.

When he came to the realization of who the man was, he rubbed his eyes to make sure.

The man in the picture was indeed him, the same mole was on his lower right cheek and he had a recovering scar that connected through the eye in a downward motion.

He had looked way more younger than the picture taken, but his size was still insane, he was about a foot and a half taller than Bai Li. He was like a strong tree trunk while Bai Li was like a delicate bean sprout.

"Hehe...of course sir."

"Lets get a move on, the rest of the party is waiting at the Asteroid Pavilion Restaurant."

The restaurant was a small chain which was prominent in the main city of Golden Star and had more near the city.

He didn't mind the time of realization, he was more amused when people looked from his before and after picture.

"Yo, what took you guys so long?"

"Sorry guys, we met with some trouble along the way, haha."

"Well, come here already, the food is here and its getting cold by each breath, hurry up."

"Care to join us?"

The leader was extremely polite.

"I will sir."

They both came to the table and began introducing each other.

"I am the leader, you should know that they call me Fire Axe! If not my name is Yue Yong, or Brother Axe!"

Placing his fist on his chest.

"My name is Tomahawk! My brother is Yue Yong and my name Yue Su, you may call me Brother Tomahawk!"

He was a bit smaller than his brother but he had a bit more width. He beated his chest.

"My name is Jin Du..."

He simply waved and went back looking into the distance, holding a mesmerizing smile even though for his vast size.

"Junior Li respects his elders!"

He cupped his hand in respect of his seniors in terms of strength.

"Come on don't be like that, come!"

They both bellow a laugh before reaching a table of vast size, it was reserved for them since they were frequently coming here.

The feast on the table was such an obscene amount and all three of them eating so much would be hard to watch,

But nevertheless, he learned much more things as they all wolfed it down. Their voracious appetite able to bankrupt a small restaurant's whole freezer was loading up on the food in the Asteroid Pavilion.

After devouring about two or three dishes, a large mug was near and they began chugging it down.

"Nothing tastes better than some beer and some good food with it, right brothers?"

"Of course!"

"Hey little brother, why aren't you eating, you need to eat more to grow stronger!"

The leader was getting loose after drinking about four mugs of beer.

"Yeah! Yeah! Eat!"

The other two were encouraging him to eat more, he was peer pressured in eating.

The dishes here were fragrant and seasoned well so Bai Li naturally digged in a few plates. But he was reaching his limits.

"Let us toast! For our party!"

Servants entered the room as if it were seen systematically and routinely. Each servant both helped one another as they carried three kegs of what pungent smell of alcohol came by.

The kegs were set by each and every one of the members and they both picked up the keg with ease which seemed to be more than Bai Li's body mass.

They both struck the kegs to one another like one proposes a toast with glass and the sound of liquid bouncing inside the keg could be heard.

The voices they spouted was loud in a restaurant environment but people continued eating as is. They all held smiles or continued eating peacefully with their company.

"You too brother! You should drink!"

"But I'm underaged.."

"Don't worry, a few mugs won't do you harm!"

"Yeah! Just a little bit."

One of them forcefully placed the mug in his hand and raised his head.

The cold liquid had a burning sensation on his whole body as he felt like he was on fire!

Bai Li let out a groan as he knocked out on the table that instant

Bai Li lost it as he had no alcohol tolerance to since he never drank in his life, he was a good child even without supervision from a parental figure. But the taste of alcohol would definitely be branded in his mind as he would forget everything that happened later on.

The rest of the group became a bit sober.

"Why did she leave me..."

"Come on, don't worry about that."

"She'll definitely come back, she will!"

They became gentle giants once more comforting the leader.

The origin of the name of the group was the name of his wife, her most astounding features was that she never shaved and had a beard, the face of manliness was of pure strength so he would always build his body and act rashly as a man of true pride!

But he soon later found out that was wrong and she left him for someone who was not in his eyes a man at all, a pretty boy!

The story goes on as the servants were tasked to drag the huge bodies away and into their usual reserved suite. An incredible task with more than 15 servants handled pulling each limb and the head up the stairs.

The sobs of a man could be heard throughout the whole city.

It was the cries of a man who had lost his wife due to his manliness and the wailing ceased to continue.

Some bystanders looked at the source of the noise, a common occurrence to the people as a man with true bravery. A man who cries without caring much for the public, a true man at that.
