37 The time always flows

At the dream city,

Things and time were changing; the time has taken its effects.

It has already passed 20 years since the incident at dark forest.

Everything and everyone has changed expect for some.

The person that entered the dark forest alone to defeat the monster has become myth; people had already started to take it as a folk tale.

And people got enough time in twenty years to change as well; the dark forest was still under the control of Monster Organization.

The monster organization has been left with only name; Carlos and his five commanders are the only left members to secure the dark forest.

Carlos was criticized for hiding something in the dark forest; and his position in the organization was not good.

The monster organization was powerless. And for the sake of friendship Grace Clan was trying to help Carlos.

And Moore clan was still keeping its hand away from the monster organization issues; the reason was one of the commanders was someone close to the Moore clan who gave the information about the person who gave the dream city the nightmare.

But the Thompson clan has different plan; the previous upper members who has seen the power of the guardian has already been replaced.

The things started getting worse when Thompson's blamed Carlos for hiding monsters in dark forest.

This matter escalated so fast that the perimeter was breached and many tamers entered the dark forest coming out with nothing.

Carlos has to go through a lot calm Sophia down that Vidal will definitely come back and he was true.

Grace clan was getting pressure to either join force with the Thompson or prepare for war.

The condition to join was the marriage of Vivian with a guy from the Thompson clan.

Vivian has completely rejected it. And the friendship between Sophia and Vivian has got better and better. It seems both waiting for the similar person was the catalyst for the friendship.

Vivian visited Sophia most of the time as the matter between Grace and Thompson was getting worse.

But things were going to change for everyone.

The first day of the year, everywhere people were celebrating and happiness seems to be in every street.

But on the edge of the perimeter for the dark forest; a two storey house which was simple, there were two females on the balcony looking at the sky.

Sophia has settled here from the day Vidal entered the forest and she has been waiting for him.

Vivian was here as tomorrow was the day for the last meeting between Grace and Thompson and she did not know the outcome.

But the outcome will definitely not be bad.

The two shared a meal of New Year and some words and Vivian left the house.

It was the end of the twentieth year where there was sadness and pain in Sophia face and heart.

In the middle of the dark forest; a crack appeared and a black figure came out from it.

The figure waved his hand and the crack disappeared. The figure lifted his head and removed the hood and looked at the moon.

'Finally.' The figure was Vidal and he has changed the most of all people.

His facial hair has grown quite a lot reaching his chest; his hair was reaching his waist. But this was not the main change.

He has a calm and collected expression; it was indifferent and detached of this world. There was a golden colored light which was flickering.

His whole body was emitting the energy completely different; it was pure and refined void of any negativity.

The energy which was in the surrounding seems to be bowing to the Vidal for his superiority. The energy in the air didn't dare to come even close to him.

He changed from a cold blooded to saint; the change was completely turn over.

The outfit he was wearing was also different; it seems to be alive and breathing.

He started to look around the place; this was where it all started.

He sensed energy signature from people; he waved his once again.

The energy in the surrounding seems to move on its own; thirty people were floating in the air right in front of him with eyes wide open unable to understand what was happening.

"You people seem to forget the order given by me not to enter the radius of the dark forest." The voice of the Vidal was calm and peaceful but it contains the authority which was impossible to ignore.

The body of the people started to disintegrate into particles and vanished in the thin air.

He started to move forward outside of the dark forest and sensed energy outside of the perimeter.

The energy was familiar but it was sad and was in pain.

He felt his heart ache when he sensed the pain from the person.

He vanished in the thin air appeared directly above the house of the Sophia.

And a person came in balcony in hurry and shouted Vidal anxiously.

Vidal slowly descended in front of her and both of them looked at each other with tears flowing form their eyes.

The reunion was filled with tears and smiles but no words came out. They hugged each other for a long time.

"Sis I.. "before Vidal could say anything, "Don't worry about it, please don't leave me alone for so long." Sophia said with tears.

Vidal nodded wiping her tears.

Sophia prepared a meal for the New Year, this was the New Year she was celebrating with a ease of mind and happiness in heart.

They talked for a long time but Sophia didn't ask Vidal about where he went all this time. She was feeling a different calm and peaceful feeling from being around Vidal.

After a long talk, "Oh and you should visit Vivian as soon as possible; time had changed too much in the past years and she seemed to be in difficult situation this time.

Sophia explained everything about Organization, Grace and Thompson and the struggle for power that has started between.

"A war…" the word came out with a nonchalant expression in Vidal face.

Sophia seems surprised by how Vidal was acting from how he used to. He seems completely indifferent.

The night passed so fast when lost track of time; Vidal took leave and headed toward the Grace clan where the meeting was supposed to be held.

He floated in the air; there was no resistance and he seems flawless and a powerful energy covering him.

In no time he was floating in top of Grace clan building; he can clearly sense the anxious and sad Vivian near her grandpa who was angry.

He descended slowly and moved toward the room where Vivian was staying.

He waited for the old man to get out and finally a big noise started outside the Grace clan which indicated the arrival of the Thompson.

When Thomas went out, Vidal moved inside the room where Vivian was alone and anxious of her fate.

"Hello there, how are you doing?" Vidal with a smile waved his hand. Vivian turn around and saw him.

She stood up and immediately run toward him and a she hugged him; which was completely unexpected and she was crying.

"Looks like you really missed me?" Vidal said with a smile. She immediately tugged herself away and turned behind to wipe her tears.

"And it seems I came in wrong time. Hmm what should I do?��� Vidal said in teasing tone.

She turned around and glared at him. She seems to be changed into her usual self.

But the anxiety and sadness she had before had completely disappeared and Vidal smiled.

And someone knock the door, "Miss your audience is expected in the meeting."

Vivian looked at Vidal. "Can I escort you to your meeting?" Vidal said with another smile.

And Vivian nodded. Vidal started to move towards the door and opened the door.

Vidal moved forward but something more unexpected happened; Vivian ran up to him and holds his hands with all her strength.

She was looking forward; she seems scared he will leave again.

Vidal could easily read her like a book and walked with her holding his hand with a smile in face.

The room to the hall opened and two persons entered the hall holding hands and everyone was surprised to see the couples walking together.

And there were someone who were angry to the point of fuming but a huge smile appeared on Thomas face, 'finally, the monster has returned. I pity you Thompson clan.'
