3 Serves's You Right

The room fell silent. Sister Liz felt fulfilled so she looked at the nun who called her

"What is the matter that we have to gather here today?"

The people in the conference room snapped back to reality.

*cough* "The Stedore Family called mentioning their plan to adopt a child." said the nun.

"This is an orphanage it is normal for people to call, obviously, to adopt a child. Why do we have to talk about this?" Sister Min scoffed at the nun.

Sister Liz beckoned at her to watch her words, then looked at the nun calmly saying

"Please continue Sister Leia." Sister Min rolled her eyes at Sister Leia but Sister Leia didn't mind her.

"They are Magus Stedore family, they are one of the powerful families in our city. I thought that since this is the case, we should talk about who we should send them." Sister Leia explained.

"What do they want as a child?" Sister Liz asked.

"Unlike any other families, they didn't request for a baby. They wanted a girl aging from 17-20. They said they wanted a mature child already whom they can bring along wherever they travel, with no hassle." Sister Leia continued.

Hearing this Sister Liz heart jumped with anticipation but she didn't show them. In her mind she was thinking 'this is it Sera.'

But she couldn't still fathom why a family would want a grown up child so she popped the question,

"Are there any more reasons they mentioned why they wanted a child with such age?"

Sister Leia seemed to be expecting this question.

"They said it was personal and they're not ready to talk about it to other people yet."

This triggered Sister Liz's curiosity. She knew there is more to it but she couldn't possibly get another good chance like this. She had promised Sera already, so she decided to use this chance and just look after her still even after adoption.

"I think the only person that fits this criteria is Sera." one of the nuns sitting inside said calmly.

The other sisters and priests agreed by saying 'yes' except for Father Sev's, his eyes squinted at the nun who mentioned the idea.

"I think we should not let Sera go. She is already old and she also has a lot of responsibilities here. Who would take them after she left?"

Sister Min wanted to say something but because it was Father Sev she kept quiet and looked at the priest with a scorn.

Sister Liz also looked at this filthy old man and argued,

"Sera is an orphan here, we can't deprive her to have her own family. She isn't a maid you can ask around to clean your mess. Please don't forget your values as a so called priest."

"Father Sev, there are other people who can do those works." one of the priests said attempting to stop Father Sev to say more, making Sister Liz talk about their sullied reputation again and again.

"I agree with what Father Jed has said. I can do all the orders you want Father Sev." Sister Min said as she smiled widely her red gums started to show.

"But..."

Before Father Sev could continue Sister Liz said firmly,

"No more buts, i think that this is for Sera and none of us can stop this. It's decided and I don't want to hear anymore about this matter."

"This meeting is done." she continued.

Sister Liz stood up and went back to her office. Father's Sev's face was indescribable like someone who had lost his favorite pet. On the other hand, Sister Min stood up and mumbled

"Good riddance." as she walked out the door humming and clasping her hands, her mood had turned 180 degrees from when she was previously.

Father Sev was defeated he felt so upset. 'I haven't even had her in bed because of that fat nun', he thought. He entered his room and saw Sister Min lying on his bed trying to seduce him. 'Speaking of the devil.' he said in his mind again. Sister Min's skirt was folded up showing her big legs, her blouse unbuttoned halfway displaying her old bra trying to hold her two heavy plump of breast. Because of her position all the excess fats on her belly were emphasized making Father Sev utterly disgusted. 'This old fat woman kept pestering me, but I still have a use for her.' he continued to console himself in his mind.

"Sister Min, what are you doing here?" he asked with a forced smile.

Sister Min sat down and pulled Father Sev to sit by her side and whispered to Father Sev's ear seductively

"I was jealous when you wanted to keep that brat. You should be punished."

The air released by Sister Mins breath made Father Sev quiver for a few seconds. When Sister Min saw him quivering she smiled and bit his left ear. Father Sev stood up in frustration. He wanted to strangle this woman to death. He was so disgusted he wanted to cut his own ears off. But still he tried his best to remain calm,

"Sister Min, this is not a good time. I want to have a rest for I am not feeling well. I will walk you to the door."

Sister Min got more infuriated with this but she couldn't do anything. She was offering herself already and yet…. She stood up faced Father Sev as she rashly buttoned up her blouse.

"You are mine!" she shouted in a frenzy and stormed off, opening the door with a Bang! Father Sev stood helpless and his body trembled in disgust and worry. After a while he went to shut the door. He sat on his stool, took a towel and hastily wiped his left ear until it was so red it could start to bleed.

One of the nuns doing her daily round at the place witnessed this scene and smiled while mumbling "Serves you right. What comes around goes round." as she walked going to the heads office to report what happened.
