(Host I'm what you call a system and as you can see you are not in your world any more.)

(You are currently in a world called Lummon, it is a world where humans reign supreme and the beast must do their bidding with a few exceptions. Those exceptions are tier 8 beast.)

'What are that beast tiers?'

(Beast are divided up between 8 tiers. The higher the tier the more tails the beast will and the strong it will be. There are 10 stages to each tier and going from 7th tier to 8th tier will trigger a divine retribution. Humans on the other hand have 10 tiers with 10 stages with each tier.)

'Why are the beast only divided into 8 tiers instead of 10 tiers.'

(That is because no beast has ever made it to the 9th tier, which everyone considers it a legend. 10th tier is nothing more than a myth.)

'I see.'

(I'm not aloud to answer your first question, as for your second one the answer is simple you are a baby and a girl so it's only natural for it to be like this.)
