Prologue

In the year 2002 there's a woman struggling with her life trying to push with all her remaining strength to give birth to her fourth baby.

"Last one push Mrs. Campbell! Last one." The doctor said holding the baby's head while her body was still inside her mother's opening. And with the last push, the cry of the youngest echoed in the whole room. The doctor raised the crying baby girl. But the last words said by the mother was 'I love you hon and our quadruplets' before she closed her eyes for a lifetime.

Apollo Campbell was depressed, he still trying to process what happened a week ago. His wife passed away giving him the full responsibility to their new born babies. He has no idea how to take care four babies crying every single time. He has a job, a restaurant that he built for their family. Before, he barely went home because their restaurant needs him alot until now. They planned it before, when the babies are born he and her wife will take alternate task, taking responsibility in the restaurant and taking care of the babies but now she's gone. He doesn't know what he would do. They can't lose their business because it's the only income they have.

After filtering every idea that comes up to his head, he decided to split the responsibility for the quadruplets. He called his trusted handmaiden Shea who is the closest to his wife. His Butler, Mr. Dallas Kwon. He's one of the best man in his house that he could trust right now. His best friend Rowan, and his youngest sister Priya.

"What do you need from me?" His sister was irritated by the fact that she's in her brother's house. She hated him because their parents didn't treated them fairly ever since.

"I need a favor from you, sis." He is unsure that his sister will help her but he has no choice. He needs to go back to Thailand right away to finalize the construction of his restaurant.

"Spill." She crossed her arms while waiting for his brother's wish. She didn't mind other people sitting infront of her.

"I know you want to have a child, so I'm asking you if maybe you can take care of one of my quadruplets."

"Are you for real?" Shocked was plastered in her beautiful face. Apollo nodded but he looked away because he knows his sister might turn him down.

"If that's what you really want, fine. But I'm taking the youngest." Priya decided fast and chose the youngest because she knows the feeling of the youngest when she grows up, she'll be left out and the least favorite of the family. She doesn't want that to happen to her niece. She will do everything to give all the love she deserves from now on. Apollo felt delighted by his sister. He now look at the other three people sitting on the couches.

"Butler Kwon, I wanted you to raise my second born baby, my son. He needs someone who he can learn a lot from. And I want him to be the one who'll protect his sisters and brother. So please, can you do that, Dallas?" He's worried that his right hand will not agree. He's alone and without a family that maybe he doesn't want to raise a child himself. But he needs to try his luck. It's the only shot he has.

"Sir, I really wanted to help you but I don't think I can manage raising your son. I mean, I'm alone and can't meet his needs." He lowered his head, the butler felt ashamed that until now he can't give a life that his ex girlfriend wanted.

"You don't have to worry about the money you'll be using on him because I promise to shoulder all of that, you only need to look out for him and take care of him and I'll give a raise to your salary from this day on." Apollo assured him that he doesn't need to be worried, he just need to make sure that his child is safe. The butler searched for his boss's eyes verifying if he heard the right words and the tall Half Swiss half Thai man nodded on him.

"You can count on me sir." He bowed and accepted his offer. He needs money and wanted to help Apollo because he's the one who helped him before and he really wanted to raise a child to prove to his ex girlfriend that he's now capable on doing so.

"Thank you very much Butler Kwon. You are no longer my butler. You're now a part of this family." Apollo smiled widely, the Korean butler bowed again while still shocked by his words.

"And to my another son, which is the third born I want to ask for help from you, Rowan." He knows that his best friend won't say no to him because he loves having a kid around especially boys. He's a playful and funny dad to his one year old son.

"Never will I say no." He smirked while shaking his head.

"That's my best bud. Thank you!"

"I'm happy to help my man with everything! If you want a husband too I can be." He joked that made the Campbell shook his head.

"Shea, can you please watch over for my first born daughter? I'm begging you, only until I settled in here." He's feeling bad about asking for help from her, she's too busy inside the mansion cleaning and helping with everything. Then she has a little girl too, but doesn't have a husband. They only live by themselves and the little girl was only watched by her friends from the neighborhood. He and her wife told her that she can bring the little girl in here but she refused.

"Apollo, you don't have to beg for me. I already promised to your wife that I will help the both of you raise your children when they are born." The maiden for almost a decade now said with a smile on her face.

They all accepted the agreement and Apollo said a few things before letting them see his children. He said goodbyes, kissed them with all his heart and cried before totally let the quadruplets go away from his arms. It was against him but he can't take care of them alone, he'll never be a good father to his babies right now. He is still mourning for his wife's death and can't think straight. He's dealing with sadness and stress about his business and now thinking about the kids makes him really heart broken.

Five years later, the quadruplets are still living with Apollo's trusted friends. He's more busy with his restaurant because it became famous in Thailand.

"Mama Shea! Ava stole my candy!" Lauren whined pointing her small and cute forefinger to Shea's ten-year-old daughter who's sucking a lollipop happily.

"Ava, I told you not to steal Lauren's things." She scolded her daughter. She doesn't want Ava to act like that, Lauren is her Master's daughter even if she's living with them. They should treat her right but sometimes when the little girl did something bad, she scold her too and explained why it's not necessary to do bad things.

"But Mama, it's just a candy."

"But still, it's Lauren's." Shea firmly said. The little girl is attentively watching her Mama and her older friend. She learned that his father is Apollo, her Mama Shea is her Aunt and Ava is her aunt's daughter. She treated the older girl as her own sister and she loves her very much.

"I just want a candy too. Don't be mad at me Mama." The older girl cried that made Lauren teary eyed too. But before their Mama can speak she pulled the hem of her blouse.

"Mama, please don't be mad at Ava. I don't want to see her cry." Shea smiled, knowing that the kid is soft hearted and kind like her mother. Lauren ran to Ava and hugged her.

"Ava, stop crying now. I'll share my things with you if that's what makes you happy." Lauren patted the girl's back. She's big at her age of five but Ava is way more taller than her. The older girl cried harder that made Lauren shocked.

"Hey! Why? Stop now. You really are a cry baby." It made her sister glare at her. She laughed because she loves to annoy her. Shea smiled watching the two giant kids for their ages.

"Liam! I hate you! I hate you!" A small girl yelled angrily while continuously hitting his best friend's shoulder.

"Stop now or I'll kill you!" The boy shouted back. He was a short tempered kid and he's mature more than his age. The girl didn't stop hitting him that made him lost his temper. He pushed her and smack her head but the girl smirked. She loves it when Liam fight back because she knows that she has his attention, and the endless fighting and smacking each other is their bonding, rare but she's happy with it.

"I don't want to stop." She punched the boy's face. He never show to his best friend that he felt pain because she will only teased him being a gay.

"You skinny chipmunk, you really want me to kill you!" He shouted and pulled the girl and arm locking her head on his chest. He's trying to choke the skinny but tall girl. She plan on hitting him on his ribs but before she could do that someone came into the room.

"Oh my god! Liam and Phoebe stop killing each other!" Mr. Kwon panicked when the two kids didn't budge, Phoebe hit his ribs with her elbow that made him wince but never said anything and with the pain he let go of her best friend then they continued kicking and punching each other. The Korean guy calmed himself before facing the two with his serious face.

"Stop now or I'll send Liam home." And the magic word works on them. Liam didn't want to live in the mansion. He wanted to stay with his uncle Dallas, he's more comfortable in his small house.

"No, please Uncle."

"I don't want to go home." Liam pouted.

"Okay, just don't fight and I wont do that." He said assuring the two and sat on the chair near them.

"Liam, please stop hurting Phoebe. She's a girl, be a gentleman." He's concerned because they both have bruises almost everyday and Phoebe is his brother's daughter, he's worried that he might get mad at him and to the little boy when they won't stop fighting.

"But she hit me first." The boy reasoned out.

"He told me I look like a squirrel." Phoebe defended herself.

"You are."

"I'm not!"

"Stop. No matter what, she's a girl Liam. You have sisters too and the boy should always protect the girls not to hit them." He lowered his head and mumbled a soft sorry. Dallas smiled thinking that he's doing a good job raising the kid alone.

"Leon! Let me play with you. Please?" A handsome little boy approached the cute little kid playing on his computer.

"Go away." He plainly said still burying his eyes on the computer. Leon doesn't like associating, especially to an annoying kid named Drey but he can't do anything because they are living in one house, same playroom, study room and sharing a bunk bed. He always wanted to be alone playing computer games or reading books.

"Ahh! Leon please, I want to play with you." The boy begged. He really likes to have a brother or a twin and because Leon is just a year younger than him he treated him as his twin.

"No. I don't want to play with you."

"I'll give you my PSP if we play." Leon took a glance on his friend for a second before turning his head back to the screen. The annoying kid tried to think again what his favorite friend wants that he can give just to play with him.

"Aish! My PSP and my laptop." He caught Leon's attention that made him smirk but before he can continue bribing him someone spoke.

"Bribing Leon again? Aish! This kid." Rowan massaged his forehead. His son is really persistent just to make the kid notice him.

"I just want to play with him." His son pouted. Leon looked up to him but remained silent. Rowan is a very tall man that made the kids who are sitting on their study table looks very very tiny.

"Don't bother him, you know he doesn't like that."

"But Pops--"

"No buts young man. It's not time to play around. Now go to your respective area, read the book I gave to you and try to copy the coding." Rowan instructed that made Drey pout but in the other hand Leon looks very excited. Rowan is a programmer and he wants his son to follow his footsteps too, the kid likes it but sometimes hate it because it's to complicated. Leon watched his Uncle made codings before and he was really amazed by his doings. Since then, he dreamed to be like him someday.

When the handsome kid settled himself on his chair, the tall man went to his nephew.

"Leon, just do your things okay? Don't mind that stubborn kid. I know he's really annoying." He whispers that made his nephew chuckled.

"And what do you want for this week? Another set of video games or a game console?"

"I want a programmer book too." Leon happily announced, Rowan was surprised that he's interested to be a programmer too.

"Really? Oh yeah. I would buy you alot of books." The giant almost jumped out because of happiness. He never expected that someone as cool as Leon will love the nerds life.

"Aunt Priya! I like those." The princess-like little girl pointed her cute finger to a pink hair accessory.

"Don't worry we'll buy that. What else do you want? Tell me, I'll buy everything." Priya definetely spoiled her niece like what she promised years ago.

"Aunt Priya, I like those pink dresses too. Can we buy that?" Leah flashes a cute smile that can't resist by no one.

"My baby Leah is so cute. You don't have to do that, I'll buy everything for you my princess." Her Aunt said pinching her cheeks. She jumped in happiness when her Aunt gave the dresses and the pins to the sales lady. But she stopped when her stomach growled.

"I'm hungry." She pouted.

"What do you want to eat baby?" Her Aunt spooned her while the two bodyguards tailing them carried alot of shopping bags, mostly Leah's new stuffs.

"I want my favorite strawberry sandwich." Priya was surprised, why does her princess likes food from the convenience store? It's only one time that her baby got a chance to eat a sandwich like that. It was when her husband went home with those sandwiches and Leah ate them. From that moment it was her favorite, she always asks for her Uncle to bring her strawberry sandwich when he came home from work.

"Auntie, let's buy strawberry sandwich." Leah said and flashed her signature cheeky smile. She knows that it's her aunt's weakness. They went on the convenience store and let Leah get her sandwiches and drinks on the shelves. After she get everything, her Aunt payed the cashier and they went outside but before she could enter the car, kids with dirty shirts begged her to give them something. She stopped and faced them.

"Are you hungry?" She asked. The two kids nod their heads.

"Okay, take this. It's my favorite food. But, never mind." She handed them the sandwiches and the drinks she bought.

"Really? How about you?" The small girl asked.

"It's fine." She smiled but her stomach growled again.

"You're hungry too." The boy said.

"It's really fine. We can buy again." She assured them. The both kid looked at each other before bowing their heads.

"Thank you so much! We will remember you." The girl said with a big smile on her face.

"What is your name?" Leah asked them. She's happy that she made friends by the kids she helped. She may be spoiled by her aunt but her heart is gold.

"My name is Max and this is my sister Mia."

"I'm Leah. I hope we could see each other again."

They smiled to each other before bidding goodbyes.
