"Magic? What is magic but a child's imagination?" This is the typical answer you get when you ask the residents of the world. A modern world to be exact. Where "magic" is simply used in stories to fascinate the general population. But look at the alleys, the sewers, and the landfills. What do they have in common other than being filled with trashed items and consumables? Children. Why you ask? What makes them so different from others? Well, just look at them, there's one flying around with wings. There's another forming ice with it's bare hands, and to left of it is one playing with fire. There are many other children with these conditions. The families that the children come from have all abandoned them. Afraid of it, and consequences it will bring to it's family.
