1 Prologue

Another day passes again in the hospital room. Nothing fully registers anymore since she first came here. Even with Yu'er keeping her company daily, all the days blend into one big blur. she takes a deep breath, ready for what will happen. Yu'er leaves her side momentarily and she feels it. It's time.

Lights begin flashing, the room no longer silent but filled with loud, high pitched noises but this doesn't matter to her. Yu'er returns to her side, eyes filled with tears.

"No nainai! Nainai! You cant leave yu'er like this. Yu'er still needs you, you have to stay with yu'er!"

Aiya yu'er, nainai is really tired now. Let your nainai rest a while then nainai will keep you company.

On the table sat two items that would make her cough up blood, the first item was a golden Phoenix crown and the second was a amazing embroidery red wedding dress! As she continued to look around she realized her reflection in the mirror that was across the room. She was no longer old!!!

What is going on!? What am I doing here!? Wasn't I in the hospital room with yu'er just now? How am I here now? I know that I was reaching the end of my life but, but what exactly is going on now? How did I end up here? But most importantly what happened to my face!? Wait, wait, wait, got to think about this through carefully. What exactly happened!?

Shen Mu Lan slowly floated in an empty space as she slowly heard someone else's breath. She immediately called out to them.
