The Forest and The Sword

Max, the heir of the Duke of Illion, meets Lady Adele, illegitimate daughter of the Count of Seriton, in the vicinity of the dangerous forest of lamentations. He welcomes her and thinks she is one of the many existing ladies of the kingdom of Assontar, but over time he discovers that the life she leads was not exactly what he thought.
