231 Monday Night Raw

The memory of Sunday night's recruitment was still fresh in my mind as I watched my classmates rehearse their routine on the ring the following day.

Ty was in the midst of avoiding a clothesline from Marco, the burliest teen of Sophomore Class Two, in about the same way that Zak Hotair did when he'd avoided Val Redbull's charge.

Last night ended in my favorite wrestling event, a royal rumble kind of free for all where the three hundred combatants chosen for the front line would battle it out until only half of them remained.

Unlike the second trial — which saw Ashley eliminate a hundred hopefuls — this final test had pretty simple rules. Using any method that didn't maim or kill your opponents, throw as many as you can out of the ring until we called time.

It was crude but effective as front line work was the kind of in-your-face brutality that very rarely ended with zero injuries — and I'm speaking from personal experience here.
