In the heart of the city of konohagakure, many people are going and doing there business or work while some are taking there children by their hand and walking with a smile on their face.
Konoha village is now filled with sky high buildings and sky scrapers, the other building are all 2 or 3 story houses with a futuristic look to it.
every house has a self sustaining energy battery connected to the 10 tails, if the battery runs out it will suck out energy from the 10 tails but the house has to pay 10 thousand yen every year.
the streets were still just ground with greenery everywhere, the ground is smooth and as hard as steel, courtesy of Itama.
Almost everyone has a screen touch phone in their hand or are riding in a car.
[ Hokage office ]
"hmmm" Itama took a fresh breath of the air with a smile upon his face, the air still free from pollution as the 10 tails absorbs the pollution through nature chakra, thus no climate change here.
Itama slowly stood up and went to the window, still as young looking as ever, he took his Hokage hat of and then layed on his bed.
Itama slowly started to pray to the being that sent him here and this prayer continued for hours, when he was about to stop praying, a white light enveloped him and he was teleported infront of the being that sent him to the naruto universe.
"hello" Itama said with respect and also bowed a little bit.
"hmm, i see so you want to go to other worlds huh?" the being said with a smooth voice.
"yes, i have grown too strong for this world" Itama said while checking out his stats.

" i would like to go to Dragon ball z in the Age 764, August" Itama said in an exciting voice, he can finally have a good fight!.
" alright, by the way i saw how many people you saved from dying, by creating a village like that, you have absorbed every other village into konoha, this way there is only one force in the world, this saved billions of people and you now have many karma points, do you wanna make a wish" the being said in a happy voice, after all he is God.
"if you make a wish, you will spend your karma points, just enough for a low level wish" god said.
"thank you, and my wish is that i will be able to travel to any world, but only if i spend 10 years in a single world" Itama said while thinking of how fast his powers grow, if he becomes too strong for dragon ball he can then just travel to a stronger world.
"Granted, and goodbye" God said while he teleported Itama to the dragon ball world.
Itama was not worried about the village as he put a fail safe in the cage holding the 10 tails, he also gave his powerful chakra making the 10 tails strong enough to destroy a planet as big as jupiter, if anything goes to wrong, the seal will release him and then it will control 10 tails to take care of that.

A sound like a bomb exploding happened next to the z warriors and then a portal appeared with Itama coming out of it, he was wearing a red long sleeved shirt with black baggy pants and ninja shoes with the hokage cape that looks like the one that Naruto wore, it read the fist hokage in a straight line downwards with it also being a god of shinobi going across it, in Japanese kanji.
Itama stopped and looked at the z warriors, who instinctively got into their best fighting style, the moment Itama looked at them they felt as if a human looking at an ant, they being the ant in this situation, which wasn't far of the march as there is no more then a 100 people in the whole dragon ball universe that can beat the current Itama, after all he is 2 times stronger then super perfect cell.
Itama slowly walked towards the z warriors and then he stopped and asked a question.
"sorry to bother you, but have you heard of the dragon ball, i need them urgently, i heard it was on this planet" Itama said while putting on a small smile so they relax around him.
after hearing this every body calmed down but they were still on their guard as they are not sure why Itama would need the dragon ball.
"why do you need the dragon ball, cutie pie?" Bulma said while walking towards Itama with baby trunks in her arms, mean while vegeta was frowning.
"well you see i need to make a wish so that i will have a regenerating body if you don't mind" Itama said while scratching his head in embarrassment and a blush on his face.
"hmmm well if you need the dragon ball then you need to find them, here" Bulma said with a smile while throwing Itama a dragon ball radar.
Itama caught the dragon radar and then smiled while waving his hand, after that he teleported to the other side of the planet while hiding his energy making even a God of destruction not notice him.
"finally, that nice and naive guy act almost made me puke" Itama said with a cringe look on his face, he would never blush just for a beautiful lady, he had his fair share of Uzumaki and Senju ladies.
after this Itama just warped every dragon ball at his feet using LRM, after they were there he summoned shenron.
"shenron come and grant me my wish" Itama said relaxed, he knew the power of the dragon ball relates to the power of the maker, so he wasn't worried as dende is not known for being strong.
after Itama said this a blinding golden light appeared while the dragon balls floated up and then they turned into the dragon shenron.
"you have 3 wishes, tell me your wish" Shenron said with a deep resounding voice.
"my first wish is that you make me able to move without thinking, my body only moves on instinct and i can enter or exit this state whenever i want" Itama said with a smirk, why did nobody think of this there could have been humans with UI after all it is not a transformation but a technique of the Gods.
"Granted" shenron said with his eyes flashing red for a moment, the moment the wish was granted a silver aura reminiscent of the stars appeared around Itama, his hair turned silver and his eyes let out a silver glow.
instantly the power of Itama was bumbed up tremendously while the whole universe shock, but before Itama can get comfortable, his body exploded only leaving behind an arm, but in a few seconds he regenerated.
"well, no using MUI unless no choise" Itama said while dissapointed, goku with his base form already in the power level of 100 trillion could not take this power and almost died, and Itama is way weaker then super goku.
"my second wish is for you to make my energy undetectable for anyone" Itama said while smirking inside, with this not even the angels can sense him energy wise, as with him moving the angels can definitely sense him.
"Granted" shenron said with sweat running down his forehead, he just felt how powerful Itama is, and he was scared out of his mind.
"3rd wish is for you to teleport me to planet cereal next to the 2 dragon ball on the planet" Itama said with a smile, this shenron can not make his wish come true as he is not strong enough, but the other dragon balls that could make someone the strongest in the whole universe, definitely.
"granted" with the final red flash Itama was teleported to planet cereal, next to the 2 dragon balls, with Granolah not making his wish yet he does not need to be afraid.
after collecting the dragon balls he teleported to e secluded place and the summoned the dragon.
"Takkaraput pop Toronbo pupiritt paro!" (pretend it's the password for the dragon balls)
with his summon the giant blue dragon came out and with his deep and resounding voice asked for his wish.
"my wish is that the adaptivity of my soul and body will become stronger, the strongest you can increase it" Itama said with a serious voice, this was his wish all along the other wishes were just to waste time.
"i can grant it but the price is one arm and 1000 years of your life" Toronbo said with a deep voice.
"do it" Itama said, immediately Itamas arm vanished into a pool of blood which fell from the right arm and he also felt his cells become dead before becoming just as good as before, his arm also regenerated.
after this the dragon went back in the ball, but not before Itama re summoned him, as this dragon has no time limit or restriction, but it only needs the corresponding price.
"my wish is for the energy in my body to be turned into pure KI, but it still maintains it's natural effects" Itama said while letting chakra flow out his body, if he managed to become this strong with a weak energy like chakra then imagine an energy like KI.
"the price is 10000 years of your life" Toronbo said with a red flash in his eyes, after granting him permission to do it, Itama fell on the ground unconscious, but in an hour he awakened andf then he put the dragon balls back in their place before teleporting back on earth.
after Itama went back to earth and he checked his stats.

after a few months of training, Itama stopped as he heard of the cell games, and he wants to participate, but before that Itama checked his stats.
