"I can keep this skill later. So, I can test and see if I like it." Koa

After finishing his meal Koa feel asleep next to the fire. The sounds of wildlife fighting and howls echoes through the night.

Ingran Forest a couple miles away.

A small figure is being chased by three larger figures. The rummaging through the forest could be heard. The light from the torches, that were carried by the three figures, began to attract unwanted attention from the creatures of the forest.

The creatures began to emerge from their burrows to find the trespassers in their territory. The howls and screeches began to emerge louder in the forest. At a while the noises from the creatures woke up Koa.

"I'm not that deep in the forest why are they getting aggressive suddenly. I haven't seen anyone nearby, or that are stupid enough to invade nocturnal creatures' territories at night." Koa

The three figures that were carrying the torches, just finished killing shade pups. Shade pups are adolescent shadow wolves that lean more toward the magic beasts, than their counter part shadow wolves; but shade pups are protected by an elder shade wolf. Kill a shade pup will incur the wraith of the elder shade wolf.

"Damn where is that slave brat." The large of the three figures spoke.

"When we find her, she will be severely punished. Especially since we have to kill all of these unmatured shadow wolfs." A Feminine voice spoke from the three.

"Vex, Lix. Shut up if she in near she will run further into the forest, from listening to you complaining. If she dies we will have a hefty loss, you both know that rich nobles like these young ones." A raspy voice said.

"Ah. As much as I hate to admit you are right, we can't deal will losing her." Vex 'the largest of the three figures.

"Tsk. I'll make sure that she will be punished before we sell her off." Lix 'the feminine voice'.

"Fine but don't damage it to much it will affect our profits. Alright Yeo can you see her tracks or did we lose her trail." Vex

"Don't worry. I still have a general idea of where she went." Yeo 'Raspy Voice'

"Good then let's get going am getting annoyed by these little wolves popping up." Lix

The three of them continued into the forest, killing the wolf pups that would try to kill them. But a large black figure was following the trail of wolf bodies. Everybody the was found a howl would be heard, but each time it was different as if the anger of the creature were increasing over time.

"Ahh-wooooo"

The small figure was running through the forest as fast as it could. It was being tracked by some shade wolf pups and would not let the little figure have any break to catch its breath. The breaking of twigs was heard followed by distanced wolf howls. Through the trees a dim orangish light could be seen.

'Is that the sun rise? That means I'm almost out of the forest.' The small figure was thinking while gasping large amounts of air.

"Ahh wooo"

The sounds of howling cause the figure to stop thinking and keep running towards the light. Cause if it stopped now they would be slaughtered before they were able to see the sun again. The closer it got the bright the light began to become. As the figure broke through the trees to try to bask in the sun once more, it found that it was not the light of the sun that produced the light but fire.

A few minutes before Koa was preparing to fight the creatures of the forest because they were all riled up. The sounds of howling began to sound louder as if they were getting closer and not trying to avoid the light of the fire. This was a strange occurrence since most nocturnal beast would avoid coming into contact with the bright lights unless they were in their territory.

[Feral instincts has noticed something is coming from the north part of the forest it will be in clear view soon. You are stronger than this being.]

'Alright preparations are done time to being this fight.' Koa

The figure bolted out of the clearing but stopped upon noticing the fire. Koa placed his dagger on the throat of the person.

"Who are you? Did you come to kill me?" Koa asked as he look at the female figure before him.

"No, I just wanted to escape from the people that hurt me. I ran until I got here I thought that the fire was the sunrise." The girl had tears streaming down her face as she said it.

"Do you have proof that you are being chased by people? Or do I have to just believe you?" Koa asked with an angry look on his face.

"I don't, but they were following me in the forest so they will follow me here. After they fight the wolves." The girl continued to cry.

"Hmm. We will see when and if they make it here." Koa

As Koa finished his statement a new notification had appeared.

[Feral instincts have identified new creatures in the area. They are watching from the shadows and are awaiting from you lower your guard. The creature is known as a Shade pup, they are more intelligent from their shadow wolf relatives be cautious. Do not run into the shadows they will be your downfall.]

"Hmm you brought more company than just you're the people following you." Koa

"Well, there was wolves, but they stopped following, after I reached the light." The girl

"To late now, just move closer to the fire and make sure to doesn't go out." Koa
