1 Prologue

======Author's P.O.V.======

There was Ace, at school, everyone admiring and whispering about him as he walks down the hallway like some type of celebrity. He never asked for any of this he just wanted to have a normal school year, not everyone obsessing over him, but he thinks no one cares for what he thinks so he just lets it happen.

======Ace's P.O.V.======

-Random Girl 1: (whispering)Look how cool he looks. He's so hot but at the same time, he looks kind of scary.

-Random Girl 2:(whispering)Yea I really want to talk to him but he's kind of intimidating. Still, I want him to be my boyfriend.

-Random Boy 7:(whispering)You guys can never get him to be your boyfriend or even your friends you guys are so annoying and dramatic.

I scoffed, what do they know about me. They know nothing about me yet they all want to be friends with me. All people are the same they only date people for their looks and not wanting them for who they truly are.

*Flashback*

-Dad: YOU DISGUSTING WOMAN LEAVE ME ALONE!!!

-Mom: NO I WANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN GOING AND WHY, WHEN YOU COME HOME, YOU SMELL LIKE ALCOHOL AND PERFUME!

-Dad: YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW WHERE I WAS AND WHAT IM GOING TO DO WITH MY LIFE, MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS.

-Mom: I AM YOUR WIFE AND I NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOU.

There they were fighting again it never stops. My dad always leaves early in the morning and my mom is always worried about him because he always comes back pretty late. And here we were me and my little sister, Blaire, after we got a beating from our father. My father is very abusive and abuses me, my mom, and my little sister. I hate my dad and wish he would just disappear from our lives. I heard screaming and yelling downstairs so I told my sister that I was going downstairs to see what's going on. As I headed downstairs I saw my dad holding up a knife to my mother who was on the floor... bruised.

-Me: MOM!!!!!! DAD STOP!!!

Then everything went in slow motion. I ran to my dad, grabbed the knife, and without thinking twice, stabbed him in multiple times in his stomach.

======Ace's Dad P.O.V.======

-???: MOM!!!!! DAD STOP!!!

I looked up from the wretch to see one of my mistakes standing at the bottom of the staircase looking at me with fearful eyes. He speedily ran to me, grabbed the knife I was holding, then before I could process everything, I felt a piercing pain in my stomach. My eyes widened, I looked at him with hatred.

Me: You disgrace.

Those were the last words I had said before I left to the afterlife. Damn.

*End of Flashback*

======Ace's P.O.V.======

Remembering my past... I'm a murderer. I killed my own father. However, no one knows about this. They only want to be my friends because of my looks.

If only they knew what I've done.

~Meanwhile~

======Sapphire P.O.V.======

As always, as I was walking down the halls in school, everyone stares at me and whispers.

Random Girl 116: She is so scary just look at her.

Random Girl 10: Yea just look at her, she looks so dirty and disgusting. Why won't she just go kill herself? No one really cares about her anyway.

Random Boy 67: Guys you're talking too loud she might hear us.

Random Boy 54: Too late.

I turn around and glare at them. Like honestly, I know, I don't deserve to be alive in this world. I know I was supposed to be dead a long time ago so stop reminding me...

*Flashback*

I was peacefully playing with my other siblings; Zack, my older brother, and Diamond, my little sister. Then we all smelled smoke coming from the kitchen. We all looked at each other and rushed downstairs. When we reached downstairs we were shocked by what we saw...

Diamond: FIRE!!!!!!

That's when it all clicked in. Where are mom and dad? I rushed back upstairs to try and find my mom and dad. Then I heard my brother scream.

Zack: SAPPHIRE WHERE ARE YOU GOING WE HAVE TO GET OUT OFF HERE!!!!??!?!?!???!?

Me: NO IM GOING TO LOOK FOR MOM AND DAD!!!

Zack: WHAT DO YOU MEAN? THEY'RE ALREADY OUTSIDE!!!

I couldn't hear what he said since I had already taken off running. However, I'm sure that was the last thing I heard before I plunged into the fire, blacking out in the process.

======Zack's P.O.V.======

OH MY GOD! SHE JUST RAN INTO THE FIRE, I HAVE TO TELL MOM AND DAD. I ran outside with Diamond to only find our parents standing there screaming our names. At this point Diamond was crying, fearing that Sapphire could already be burned to ashes by now.

Me: MOM!! DAD!!

Mom: ZACK, DIAMOND WHERE'S SAPPHIRE!?

Diamond: She went back inside to find you guys!! (Sobbing)

Dad: WHAT!? I HAVE TO GO SAVE HER, STAY HERE.

======Sapphire's Dad P.O.V.======

I ran inside to find Sapphire.

Me: SAPPHIRE!!!!!

No response. I was getting a little scared so I ran upstairs to find her on the floor unconscious, surrounded by flames. I ran to, not minding the burning sensation, and tried to wake her up.

Me: SAPPHIRE WAKE UP PLEASE!!!

That's when I saw a window near where we are so I decided to drop her out the window..... So I ran to the window and screamed.

Me: ZACK COME HERE!!!

I saw him running around the corner so I told him to catch Sapphire cause I was going to drop her down the window and hope for the best. I plan to jump down after she's safe. May God keep her safe.

Zack: OK!!

I dropped her, and as soon as I did, a scorching wooden plank had collided with my head.

Zack: DAD!!

Those were the final words I heard until I headed for the glorious doors that will lead me to paradise.

Or so I thought.

*End Of Flashback*

Now that I remember everything, I really don't deserve to live, because of me, my beloved father died in that house fire. Believe me, I have attempted suicide multiple times however I keep hearing this voice in my head saying it'll be alright, I think it's just my cowardliness.

However, my one and only wish is to die. When will I ever see you again father...?
