Hinaki Hatsuko (OC) - Quirk: Dragon; Hinaki can transform into a humanoid dragon (basic human anatomy with the traits of a dragon; horns wings tail etc.) her saliva is also primarily made of acetone (a highly flammable liquid) which she can light with her body heat allowing her to breath fire in and out of her dragon form.

-Kamimoko Fukutsu (OC) - Quirk: Thought Projection: Kaminoko can read the minds of anyone she specifically looks at. Along with this, she can make any person's thoughts audible to anyone within ear shot. She can only do this to one person at a time, and the other person's thoughts overthrow her own in her head.

-Ikimono Fujiiro (OC) - Quirk: shapeshifting; Fujiiro can shape shift into anything she knows the exact appearance of (not including mythological creatures) as well as other people.

-Mayakashi Kunshu (OC) - Quirk: Nightmare; Mayakashi can make his victims see their worst nightmare just by touching them! This illusion lasts for a certain amount of time based on the intensity of the fear. The bigger the fear, the longer it lasts and vise versa.
Mayakashi Kunshu (OC) - appearance: 5'10" tall / boy cut light blonde hair / narrow greyish red eyes / large canine teeth / pale skin / narrow nose / lean (normal chest & hips & waist, slightly muscular arms & thighs, normal ankles) w wide shoulders
-Zumie Mizako (OC) - (I made Zumie before loud cloud was introduced and she was iconic the way she was so I didn't make any changes to her because of the new character) Quirk: Clouds; Zumie is able to make clouds from the water in her body, they are also extremely difficult to get rid of and can carry up to 10 pounds.
Zumie Mizako (OC) - appearance: 3'0" tall / white fading into light blue fluffy hair usually in low pigtails / wide light blue eyes / white freckles / tan brown skin / slim (small chest & hips & ankles & arms, normal waist) w narrow shoulders
-Sakura Shizaki (OC) - Quirk: Siren; when she speaks, Sakura's vocal chords rub together creating a frequency that makes it able for her to brainwash people! This is unintentional and happens every time she speaks so she never learned to use her quirk, thus making her mute.
Sakura Shizaki (OC) - appearance: 4'11" tall / light pink fading into white hair usually in side pony / dark red eyes / pale skin / usually wears face mask / slim (small chest & waist, wide hips, average arms & ankles) w narrow shoulders
-Yui Tsubuki (OC) - Quirk: Phaseburn; Yui can phase through any matter, but when she does, she excites the molecules of that matter so much that they explode! Some materials are more difficult for her to phase through and some materials don't even set fire!
Yui Tsubuki (OC) - appearance: 5'8" tall / blue hair usually in ponytail / neon yellow eyes / light blue skin / elf ears / lean ( average chest & ankles & hips w hip dips, muscular arms, small waist, a-line abs) w wide shoulders
-Ako Yumataki (OC) - Quirk: Sensory Hijacking; Ako was born blind, but takes the senses of people within a 10 ft diameter around her and uses those senses to her advantage. (this only works around people) the more people around, the less she takes of their senses, and vise versa. She also gains extremely fast reaction time through this power.
Ako Yumataki (OC) - appearance: 5'9" tall / thin straight white hair fading into magenta / gold eyes usually covered with a blindfold / multiple beauty marks scattered on face / pale skin / lean (small chest & waist, average hips & ankles, semi muscular arms & a-line abs) w average shoulders
Taizaa Kabane (OC) - Quirk: Immortality; Taizaa was born in 1301 and has lived ever since. The only way to wound her is to use her only known weakness: steel. In turn, this quirk gives her photographic memory and the ability to shape shift into herself from different ages.

-Uma Kumunui (OC) - Quirk: Hanahaki (if you've read any fanfictions containing this, you can skip the explanation for this one) Uma's quirk allows her to make flowers bloom out of people's skin. This effect only works on the body part she touches, though not all of her interaction cause her quirk to activate.
