1 Author's Note

            I welcome you to The Final Victory. It's been a while in the making. I'm happy with how it turned out.

            All characters except for Chloe are owned by Sega. Any backstory is made up by me, but based in the cannon backstories.

            I'll just let you know this is not your traditional fanfic. This one focuses on action and story telling, not ships; although I do admit, I delve into the characters' minds and feelings quite a bit.

            I only hope you'll enjoy reading this story as much as I enjoyed making it.
