Punch

"Hahaha. Continue. Is that a punch? Harder! Ha ha ha."

In the silence the maniac laugh was echoing from the walls.

An eerie silence came upon them. The men stopped hitting her and looked at their boss. The man puffed another cloud of smoke into the air and finally got closer to Devanta. The small window at the side lit up his face for a bit and she could now clearly see the face of the man.

It was no other than Francesco Machiavelli himself.

"Ha ha ha. I knew it. You were the one who send your men to treat me like this. Ha ha ha. Do what you want. Kill me if you want but I promise you that everything you done to me AND to my mother. I will pay you back double. Torture me as much as you want. I will pay it back. HA HA HA." Devy laughed like a mad man. The men who just hit her looked at her confused.

Francesco Machiavelli just smiled.

"You have guts to threaten me like that. It seems that all that training wasn´t for nothing. You´ve become stronger. But that´s everything you got. You neither have power nor the strength to defeat me. Today you went too far. I knew this deal was too good to be true. Tonight is the night you´ll die." His threat didn´t seem to affect Devy in the slightest. She just shrugged her shoulder.

"We´ll see about that. Now do you guys want to continue? Your boss didn´t order you to stop. You should get punished for you inability to follow such simple orders."

"You heard her. Continue. I want you to punch her until she can´t speak anymore." With these words Francesco Machiavelli went out of the room and soon a car drove off.

Now there was only the men and Devanta left in the room and if she heard it right two other men standing watch. That´s make a total of four men. (Wow great math skills!)

The men began to punch aimlessly on her. Her whole body had bruises all over and her face had swollen double the size. The men became tired to punch the girl. She didn´t resist and she didn´t cry out in pain. Where is the fun to hit her like that then? One of them walked out of the door and quickly came back with a small knife. He laughed maliciously and came nearer. He showed Devanta mockingly the knife and then slowly dragged it across her face. When his hand came near her mouth she did something unexpected.

She bit hard in his fingers and grabbed with her teeths the knife. He let go due to the pain. She then threw the knife in a swift motion of her head the knife to her back. There she grabbed it and withing seconds she had cut her ties. That happened so fast and unexpected that the other man couldn´t react soon. He tried to snatch the knife out of her mouth but it was already to late. He then just slapped her across her face but in that moment she had already freed herself. She grabbed his arm and punched him directly on his nose. That resulted into his nose bridge getting broken. That knocked him out instantly. The other man ran towards her and tried to grab her but she swiftly dodged him and punched him in the solar plexus. And with that both men were lying on the floor knocked out. The two man outside heard their comrades shout and came in to see what was happening but the door was to small to fit both of them so they could just enter one at the time.

When the first one of them entered the room Devanta immediately charged at him and gave a hard punch to his jaw. He stumbled to his right and fell on the ground. The other tried to help his comrade and tried to kick her but she also kicked her leg up and hit his thigh. Then she punch right into his rip cage punching all the air out of him. He also fell unconscious down.

She dusted off her clothes and walked over the men lying before her. She looked around for possible danger and then opened the door to the hut and went out of it.

Outside it was already early morning and the first sunlight shone in between the tree leaves.

She sighed once again and just started walking into the forest.
