How to eat this Passover?

Exodus 12th chapter

Wear shoes and belt while you eat this feast.

Spiritual insight:

1. Belt

The belt is the truth of the scripture, as stated at Ephesians 6:14.

You know the truth and the truth will set you free. The belt of truth, which freed the people of Israel from slavery in Egypt, will free you from sin and false doctrine.

2. Shoes:

It refers to the preparation for the gospel of peace as mentioned at Ephesians 6:15

We need to first recognize that the salvation of man was indeed extremely expensive! Not in the form of silver, gold or money of any kind, but expensive nevertheless.

We should preach the gospel of peace freely what we have received freely by grace through faith.
