ON RANDO'S GRADUATION.

"You better not embarrass me. And definitely, don't lose your cool seeing Grancy. She already thinks you are cute. Act cool. Ask her out after graduation." Light advised Rondo.

"Seriously, even my mom wouldn't be so pushing." Rondo snickered. Both Rando and Light lost their parents at a young age. Rondo and Light have been living together since the past year. " And Lil bro, Grancy, Garo and I are off to the A-class training camp after this. I'll also probably take some time to come back. Keep maintaining your grades and don't lag your training."

"Yeah yeah, you're one to say! You literally sleep till I wake you up. Don't go around doing weird things when you're away."

"All right how about a hug to your big bro?"

"What? No! What are you? Some kind of 90-year old grandpa?"

"It was worth a try! I'll go get my certificate!"

Just then an announcement from Mr.Yonko " Now, we welcome our coup de grace, Mr. Rando Grans to collect his A-rank Spellcaster graduation certificate"

Applause from every corner. "Just what to expect from the head boy." Light thought, " You suck! " he screamed at his brother holding back his tears. He heard laughter before remembering his memories with his brother.

"Yeah, I know!" Rando retorted to bring about a few more rounds of laughter.

"Idiot, I thought I told you not to do anything stupid. But then again you are MY brother" he whispered to himself, smiling. After Rondo collected his certificate he came back to his seat.

"You good, Lil bro? " he asked. Aww, you getting teary-eyed? Don't worry I'll send you money so you don't need to work! He joked.

"You better be back in 6 months, you asshole! " Light cried.

"Yeah yeah, I'll be back. You just don't overdo it!" Rando said before going.

2 YEARS LATER

It was Light's graduation but still, the last time Light saw Rando was two years ago at his own graduation. Light was wondering if he should've hugged Rondo when he had the chance.

Mr. Yonko, bored of his routine called " Now we call our Coup De Grace, Light S Draco, to receive his A-class graduation certificate."

Light was on the stage and abandoned any hopes of Rando showing up when Jax ran with a newspaper.

" It's Rando! It's Rando! He is a new Spellking!"

"What the?" Light asked with a mix of surprise and happiness. "That son of a bitch did it!" He screamed on the mic.

Jax handed him a newspaper and told him he got a letter with the newspaper for him.

It was a letter from Rando! After the graduation Light sat alone and opened it. It read:

Her Lil bro! Yeah, I'm a Spellking! I know! It's cool as shit! Heard it's your graduation today! Sorry I couldn't be there. I was searching for 'him.' I couldn't even get his name. But get this, he is the strongest amongst the Kings. You better do whatever you wanna do to be as strong as him. I really hope we don't meet or I'll have to beat the shit outta you. Be careful and choose the members you want for your ' Rogue spellcaster alliance' carefully. It's a shitty world out there. Oh and I'm dating Grancy now. Jokes on you, cuz she liked me if I was goofy! Peace out.

"That guy still can't write a proper letter! At least he is doing well, " thought Light, while rolling tears of joy.

Well, gotta go! Gonna have to cheat some trainers now! He thought, laughing at his own joke.

Every A-class spellmaster had to go to a disciplinary A-class elite meeting where they would be given their jobs. A-class almost always get a mission involving Noblebloods, so Light thought it was better to be a rogue than a servant.

Light reached the train which would take him to the committee and sat in his compartment and remembered his plan :

He knew what he would do: He would use his sword to make a hole in the train and would jump off, he can use his magic to quickly control his speed and escape. He was no longer weak, he learned if he could control the speed at specific parts of his body, he could fight in almost every situation. He already set a location where he would get off. The only problem was the other passengers in his compartment.

"Well, they will serve as someone to pass on the message. And it'll look cool when someone sees me escape." He thought.

There was only one passenger in his compartment. Ariane Raku, she was also an A-Class listed from a nearby school. She was cute and had long hair. Her eyes were black and she had a diamond earring on one ear.

He saw that his 'stop' arrived and when he cut himself an opening, he noticed something which changed his whole plans.

The entire train had a magic barrier around itself!

Just then he heard a growl…..

"Rrrrrraaaaawgghhhh!!!"

"What the?" He said when the cute girl in his compartment spoke up.

" How did you know the dog was about to attack us?" Ariane Raku said.

" What? I did? How the fuck did that little shit get on?

"YOU DIDN'T KNOW? THEN WHY WERE MAKING A HOLE TO ESCAPE? ARE YOU DRUNK?"

Her interrogation was cut short by an even louder growl.

"RRTRRRRRAAAAAWWGHHH!"

Their compartment door was torn open.

They could see a dog with three heads spouting fire.

"It's not just a normal monster dog, It's a fucking Cerberus!" Ariane exclaimed

Light didn't need any explanation. He knew how strong an A-class monster, Cerberus is. It's the strongest dog-type monster and was almost. It was really hard to tame but those who did had its undying loyalty. Only a few people from A class or above could hardly tame it. Even A-classes couldn't tame it without suffering major injuries.

Just then an announcement: " The A-class test will now begin. Please note that you are only nominated to be A-class but have not yet achieved it. As jobs from A-class tend to be life-taking, we only take individuals who can survive this monster onslaught. Medics will not be helping you until we reach the destination. Please do your best to survive."

"WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?!?!"
