7 THE 5TH DIMENSION

Supergirl was now looking at the now sleeping Klein. They had tried to give him nutrients through his blood but they discovered they couldn't pierce his skin. Since the guy in front of her wasn't waking up, she decided to take desperate measures.

She tried to use her heat vision but something surprising happened. The beam she fired at his arm had been completely sucked into his body, as soon as the beam got sucked into his body, his eyes glowed red for a second before returning to normal.

" Uhhhh, damn I need some food " Klein got up from the bed he was sleeping on. As he got up he felt that his eyesight had become blurry. He rubbed his eyes with his hand and everything returned to normal.

" Hey, you should rest " Supergirl kept her hands on his shoulder and then something even more surprising happened.

Klein who was about to run away felt his body fill with energy, his eyes, started glowing golden while his body rapidly started to get stronger. He felt something cold inside his body for a second before everything returned to normal, for him.

Kara felt herself going weak, something she hadn't felt in a long time, all the power inside her started to get pulled into something. Her eyes started to turn human along with her entire body.

Klein felt himself being filled with power. He stood up and examined himself, only to find out that his psionic energy was not working. He remembered the time when Martha had told him he would lose his powers if he took the suit off.

But then he remembered her telling him that he could use his powers without wearing the suit, then he realized, the only power that was his in the first place was the speed force.

Klein looked around and saw a blonde girl who was lying on the floor. But then he realized something else, his eyesight had gotten better. He examined himself with his new eyes and noticed his body had gotten a lot stronger.

Klein looked at the blonde girl, how could he not recognize her? She was this earth's protector as she called herself, the super girl.

He wanted to know more about why she was sleeping on the floor when his eyes started to enlarge Kara's image and show him her insides. Klein looked at it and didn't feel disgusted at all. Why would he? He had already seen the insides of people several times in his previous world.

Klein then noticed, his eyes were like X rays examining people.

Her skin looked like shiny and soft, every girl would want a skin like her but Klein was very confused. Her skin looked very human. That's the only way he could describe it.

She was a citizen from a planet of overpowered warriors, her skin should be very firm.

Then it struck him, why did he have x-ray vision while she was lying on the ground? Why did he feel so powerful while the so-called Supergirl who once defeated Superman lying on the ground?

He looked towards the window and noticed it was covered by curtains. He then looked at Supergirl, he didn't care for her but he somehow felt guilty. He grabbed her by the shoulder and easily lifted her up and put her in the bed.

Then he walked towards the window and caught the curtain, he took a deep breath and readied himself. If he had what he thought he had then he could become super powerful. He then pushed the curtains away and the sunlight entered the room.

Klein felt powerful, it felt as if he was eating something while standing still. He took another deep breath and felt power running through his body.

It was true, he somehow had the powers of a Kryptonian. He then decided to try out his speed force, he ran around and the room and noticed that his lightning was green now his body still didn't feel affected. He decided to turn it up a notch.

He looked behind him and noticed that his lightning had turned blue. He decided to turn it up and notch and noticed his lightning going purple and he still didn't feel anything.

He then noticed several doctors running towards his room. They probably thought the patient was having a seizure. Klein then decided to test out his heat vision. He felt something warm in his eyes and a gold streak of light passed through the door and penetrated the hearts of the incoming doctors.

They should have died then and there but the doctors started to disappear, that's the only way he could describe it since, the doctors exploded and nothing of them remained, not even ashes.

Klein decided to fly, so he slowly floated up and shot through the roof of the hospital.

In the hospital, a portal opened in front above Kara and a hand came out of it, the hand that came out of it, snapped his fingers and Kara's body started to become stronger again.

After a minute Kara regained all of her powers. She slowly stood up with her hand on her head. The portal above Kara's head had disappeared.

Kara looked at the hospital and used her X-ray vision to look at a black dot which seemed to be flying higher and higher.

She crouched down and shot toward the dot. She shouldn't have known who did the damage to the hospital or the doctors but she could clearly remember what happened, even though she wasn't even awake.

It was as if someone was giving these memories to her. But she didn't have time to worry about those things, she needed to catch the culprit who did this.

Klein looked below him and could see Supergirl following him. He was quite surprised, hadn't he stolen her powers? Klein decided to think about how he had gained this power again after defeating super girl. He was planning on going to the sun to absorb more energy from the sun but seems like he had to do it after defeating her.

If Klein still had his suit when the portal opened in the room where Kara was sleeping, Martha would probably tell him that the energy inside that portal was not ordinary. It was from the 5th dimension.
