"As you all have heard, we are opening the sect for recruitment. This is an exciting time for us, as we will be welcoming new talents and expanding our ranks. I have decided to further nourish all of you by enhancing our resources and support systems. Aside from focusing on your studies and missions, everything else will be managed by the sect staff. This will allow you to concentrate on what truly matters—your cultivation and growth.
However, I have gathered you here today for a different reason. Over the past few months, while teaching you valuable lessons and helping you grow, your elders have been closely monitoring your progress. They have reported to me that some of you have shown exceptional promise and have consistently met or exceeded the required number of tasks.
