She was mesmerized at Toshiro's eyes interchanging color, she stretched her hand and touched his cheek breaking his thoughts and redirecting his attention to her.

"Wh…what is it?"

"Your eyes… they changed color… quite beautiful"

"thank you… want some Pyrus fruit?" face blushing he diverted the attention away from him vowing to himself 'if I get my hands on those that hurt you, I'll tare them apart'

Seeing him try to divert the attention made her giggle, making her way to the shore, she took a simple white dress from her space and wore it.

Toshiro followed and got out of the water, dressed up, then sat on a nice spot. He patted a place beside him for Kazumi.

Kazumi walked to the spot and sat, looking at the fruit in Toshiro's hand it seemed to be ripe.

"Here" He handed the fruit to Kazumi

"Thank you" She took it, but, in closer inspection, she saw that the so-called Pyrus fruit is a pear. She bit into the fruit and the sweet juicy flavor spread across her mouth causing her to smile

"heh" Toshiro chuckled upon seeing her smile

Kazumi's cheeks turned red

"What is your name?"

"Hah?" he tilted his head

"I have told you my name but I still don't know yours" She continued nibbling the fruit

Once he heard that she wanted to know his name he felt on cloud nine, 'Gaya I owe you big time', it seemed the fruits had worked

"Toshiro"

"Say Toshiro, you've touched my wings. Can I see yours" Toshiro almost fainted of happiness on the spot. Since she was beside him, he faced the other way spreading his wings.

She stretched her hand and touched wing guiding her hand down giving Toshiro a chill. His ears turned red "In our tribe, only family can touch our wings" 'Now that you are mine' was what was in his mind

The scales on his wings at glance seemed rough, they did not look soft like Kazumi's feathers but, they had a smooth texture to the touch.

"It's like touching polished jade"

"what's jade?" curious as to what jade was because it seemed to be something good.

Kazumi concentrated and pulled a jade necklace that had an oriental looking dragon carved in it

"This is what it looks like" she passed it to him.

"woah this does feel similar to my scales, here" taking the necklace from him, she stood and placed it on his neck.

"It's a gift don't lose it" Kazumi then sat down and grabbed a crimson fruit to eat.

Toshiro observed her eating the fruit, and the glanced at the necklace on him. A smile bloomed in his face "thank you"

Toshiro hugged Kazumi making her drop the fruit she had in her hand. Kazumi looked up with a pout on her face.

"Sorry, I was in the wrong, here this one looks bigger" he handed another fruit to her, once she took the fruit from him he said "make your wings visible again, I like to see them"

Kazumi looked at him questioningly, she spread her wings only to see Toshiro wrap her in his wings.

Hugging each other both white feathers, and black scales created a beautiful scenery.
