8 A pup's tears

*********** On Li Yong's side************

Li Yong heard the howl of one of the young ones he had brought with him for them to gain experience while hunting, his ears twitched towards the howl and started to head towards that direction was when he noticed the fading light from the sky and a horrible feeling crept 'Those two idiots must have gone too far, I just hope they didn't encounter a feral'

Li Yong ran as fast as he could but it still took him rather long to approach the source of the howl, he silently cursing both Bai and Qui Tou "Grrrr" Li Yong growled as he went these two pups are always the ones to get into trouble.

*****Bai, Qui Tou and Kazumi's side********

Qui Tou continued howling over and over until his small throat hurt "Bai I think leader will come to but.." Qui Tou glanced at the unknown female and he two transformed into his humanoid form and little stubborn tears where stanked refusing to fall.

"Qui Tou, sob... sob... what do you think happened to her, she's a female and someone still hurt her this bad .. sob .. sob.. she's not opening her eyes anymore" Bai cried nonstop thinking that the female (Kazumi) was dead, to them, females were beings that are supposed to be cherished and for him, this sight is something horrific

"Bai, don't cry the leader will help her, you'll see" He two wanted to cry but he thought to himself that if he'd cry it will only make feel Bai worse. He bent down and decided to take his beast form once more nearing the female and licking the wounds trying to make them better even if it's only a little, Bai followed Qui Tou's lead and transformed back laying near the female as trying to make it warmer for her, this led his white fur to turn red from Kazumi's blood.

After a short, while they started to hear the murmurs of other creatures in the midst the night, they where both frightened but did not have the gut to leave Kazumi on her own and thus continued to guard her growling as to scare off the creatures.

But to their surprise forest fairies and water spirits began to peek at them with curious eyes, seeing that they meant no harm they calmed themselves.

" GRRR AUUUU" they both heard the howl and their ears perked up and Qui Tou in response Howled so that Li Yong could find them quicker "Auuuu"

"QUI TOU, BAI you better have a good explanati....on" Li Yong stopped once he saw Bai approach him covered in blood and immediately growled ferociously thinking the worst

"Brother Li Yong sob... sob... we need your help" Bai transformed to his humanoid form and his tears fell nonstop
