(Magic Energy)

"Yes cultivate" She stated but after seeing the confused look on the elders' faces, it seemed they were not acquainted with the term. It wouldn't be strange considering that the village itself looked very much like the cottages made by the past generations in her realm. Maybe in this place, it did not exist with this name, or maybe the technique was different just like the strange energy she felt.

"I am afraid that I don't understand what this 'cultivate' is" The First Elder spoke making clear to Kazumi that what she beseeched was something unknown to them.

The second elder, Li Yong, and Bai tried to discern what Kazumi was asking but no matter how much they thought, they could not come up with an answer.

Kazumi sighed "Cultivation is the practice of gathering an energy called Qi within the body combined with the practice of martial arts to improve the state of both body and soul, and thus obtain immortality or in more advanced cases godhood" after she had spoken the people within the room stayed silent aiming to understand what the female had just explained, until...

"ᛗᚨᚷᛁᚲ !?" Bai spoke all of a sudden startling everyone within the cottage

"ᛗᚨᚷᛁᚲ ? Is that what you call the strange energy?" Kazumi went into contemplation. ' It is indeed different than Qi but the name ... translates as Magic, so this is Magic energy, how peculiar'. " How do you use this ᛗᚨᚷᛁᚲ that you speak of?"

"It takes time and training our kind can not use much of it but we compensate in strength, there are different races such as humans and demonkin who can use it freely. Chanting and casting spells of different elements, elements such as light, darkness, wind, water, fire and earth and many that derive from the main sources. ᛗᚨᚷᛁᚲ enters your body on its own but, the more you practice the greater amounts of energy are stored in the body" The second elder explained the knowledge that he had. He had this information thanks to the young tribesmen that would go to human villages and take goods to trade or do jobs.

"I see... similar huh" Kazumi mumbled to herself " Thank you, I now have an overall image" she gave a small bow leaving the males in the room somewhat dumbfounded.

"Do not bow, females do not need to do that, females are precious and bowing would mean that you are not valued" Second Elder expressed his dissatisfaction in Kazumi's action. Thus she only gave a smile acknowledging what the elder had said.

After the sun had passed the mid-sky, the elder gave Kazumi a cottage and told her that males would bring her food or anything that she'd need. She entered the cottage which was simple but was rather nice to view, there was a section at the center of the "living room" where one could start a fire to roast meat or keep the inside of the cottage warm, in the next section was a "bedroom" which had a simple bed made of hay with beast skins covering it, and last a "storage room" or at least that what it seemed.
