We're currently heading towards the wyvern's mountain, however it seems like someone has been following us for a while, since we can't know for sure if it's an enemy I think we should take the long route in order to shake them off.

-Ignea, we'll take a left here.

-But,won't it be faster if we just go straight?

-There is someone after us,we should shake them off.

-WHAT!?

-Don't shout,you'll alarm them.

-Ok...But who's following us?And why?

-How in the bloody hell am I supposed to know that?

-Don't use such foul language, the series might get axed because of that!

-What are you talking about?

-Just a little fourth wall breaking.

I have no idea what that is but I feel like I shouldn't push further.In the distance it seems like there is some kind of monster village, since we're in the forest of death it is probably an ogre village, we should stop by there and stock up on resources and it will also be easier to lose our followers in there.

-There's a village there.

-Now that you mention, i see it.

-We'll stock up on resources there.

-Sure, and maybe i can get some new clothes, since this ones have gotten so dirty.

Do they even make clothes so small, or does she intend to buy a doll and wear it's clothes?

-I get the feeling that you thought of something very rude just now, dear demon king.

-I.....did not.

-Yes you did. You probably thought they don't make clothes my size, didn't you?

-Maybe....

-Well, than your in for a surprise!

As soon as she finished talking she begun casting magic and was soon enveloped by a lair of bright green mana that soon started to dissipate my jaw dropped once again, she suddenly grew to the size of a normal human, and her wings disappeared. Now she truly looked human, while still maintaining her unmatched beauty.

-Surprised?

-Yeah, what kind of spell did you use?

-Just a little fairy magic, people think that our race went extinct 100 years ago, when in reality we just used a bit of magic to make ourselves look human. Most of us have normal jobs and families while living alongside humans.

-That's pretty cool, thou for some reason it is quite hard to imagine you doing any normal job.

-How rude, however you are right, I'm no normal worker, I'm an adventurer, and an A-class one at that!

Wow, she seems like she is proud of that and as such I'll do the thing i always do in this situation: pat her head and say good girl.

-Did you just pat my head and said "good girl"?

-Yes, why?Did it not feel good?

-It did, but still I can't shake the feeling that I was just treated like a dog...

-How weird, my little sister loves it, but I guess everyone is different.

-Huh.....well, i feel insulted and as such I demand you treat me to lunch! Or would that be to high of a demand for mister X-class demon king here, that looks down on us mere A-class adventurers?

-Fine, fine, I'll treat you to lunch!

-Yay!

After that, in about half an hour we arrived at the village.

-Huh, pretty normal for a village in the "forest of death".

-What, is this not to the liking of the almighty demon king?

-Wha...I never said that, and why do I get the feeling that you are mocking me?

-It is just your imagination. Now let's hurry up and find an inn to stay the night since it is getting late.

-How about that one over there?

-Seems fine to me.

We entered the building, it is quite small and old but still it is pretty clean and the staff looks like they can do their job well and also at the first level of the inn, there is also a small restaurant for the customers here. After looking around for a bit I went to the front counter to ask for 2 rooms. The counter girl was quite young and cute but her temperament was.... quite volcanic to say the least.

-Good day miss, can i get two rooms for tonight?

-HUH, whatcha saying?

-I asked if we could get two rooms for tonight.

-I heard that you retard! Can't you see we're busy?We only have one room left!

-Or so you say,but there isn't anyone here beside the three of us.

-Shut it, before I stuff your mouth with gunpowder you damn monkey.

-That's it you little mutt, I'm killing you!

As I was about to send her flying into outer space, Ignea intervened between us and said that we'll take the room while glaring at me like she's about to stab me or something so in the end I accepted too.

{And as such the first day of their long adventure ends, will the manage to find out who the misteryous follower is, will Draco treat Ignea to lunch and will Ignea find some clothes to her liking? Find out next time!}
