Ruthlyn bit her lips, engrossed in deep thought as she stared down at Shikera's sleeping form. Ethan's question kept resounding in her mind and the frown on her face turned deeper.

"Is it...uhm, normal...for a woman to sleep for so long after...a late night exercise?" he had asked.

Earlier that morning, Ruthlyn had gotten ready together with Raymond and Enoch, just like they always did on every weekday. And they had come to the villa to wait for Ethan, who surprisingly was still in a casual t-shirt and slacks, and wearing a confused frown on his face.

"We are ready," Raymond had taken the courage to announce, when Ethan didn't even pay them attention from where he was cooking in the kitchen.

He ignored them still, and the three shared confused glances before Ruthlyn signaled to Enoch to try.

"Big bro, Hazel asked if she can come and get Esther ready for school but I asked her to wait for your call. I did good, right?"
