Chapter-87 Dealing with "Blanche" pt-3
(A/N:-Mass Release so no chapters for a week.)

Erik made his way towards the stage, ignoring the youth he had previously smashed into the ground.
Step!
He steady climbs the stairs and stood in front of his fiance who was looking straight at him.
"What is going on, Erik?" (Mayumi)
Mayumi had a concerned expression on her face, it was unnerving to look at the ruthless side of her fiance!
She knows how gentle and forgiving Erik usually is, he doesn't like to resort to violence unless is it unavoidable to do so!
So, looking at the groaning student laying on the floor, she couldn't help but feel a little intimidated.
"You need not worry, I will explain everything, to everyone." (Erik)
Looking at the nervous expression on his fiance's face, Erik calmly assures her about there being a reason behind his actions.
His words seemed to have the desired effect as Mayumi visibly calmed down.
"Okay..." (Mayumi)
Deciding not to hinder him, she steps back towards the others, giving him access to the mic.
Erik nodded towards the Student Council and Club Management before turning to face the students.
He adjusts the mic to his height and starts speaking in a charismatic tone.
"My name is Erik Saltzman, a third-year Course-1 student." (Erik)
"I am also the [Advisor] of this school." (Erik)
"With the introductions out of the way, there are a few things I want to talk about here today." (Erik)
"Now, I know that you all have many questions that you want answers to!" (Erik)
"I will answer them all in time but before that..." (Erik)
Erik pauses mid-speech and motions towards the black-clothed individuals.
Immediately, after getting the "go-signal" from him.
The black-clothed individuals burst into action!
"Arghh!..." (Mob)
"Leave me alone, you bastards!..." (Mob)
"Fuck!..." (Mob)
In a blink of an eye, multiple students were on the ground!
These students were being restrained by the strangely skilled individuals who made sure that the former couldn't oppose the latter.

"Not good!..." (Mari)
Mari immediately stepped forward to gain insight into what was happening inside the hall.
Who were these people?
Why are they restraining the students?
What is the reason behind Erik's decisive actions?
Questions kept on piling up inside her mind, making her seek the answers!
But before she could move any further, Katsuto stepped in front of her, effectively blocking her path.
His intentions were as clear as the day!
He didn't want Mari to interrupt what was going on within the hall.
"Why are you stopping me, Katsuto?" (Mari)
Mari had a serious expression on her face as she questioned the behemoth of a man!
She wanted answers, ASAP!
Of course, Katsuto had a blunt expression on his face, stating his attitude towards the current situation.
"Just keep on listening..." (Katsuto)
Katsuto motioned towards Erik who was standing on the stage with a mic in his hands.

Ignoring the various curses and pained groans, coming from the student's mouth, Erik resumed speaking.
"A couple of weeks ago, a group of Course-2 students contacted me..." (Erik)
"...asking to meet me in person and discuss something extremely important!" (Erik)
"I assumed that the students may be having some trouble in the school if they were requesting an audience." (Erik)
"So I arranged for a meeting..." (Erik)
"And as it turned out, the topic of discussion was something that students of [First-High School] shouldn't have any connections with." (Erik)
"Unfortunately according to their statements, the criminal syndicate known as [Blanche] had succeeded in infiltrating our school." (Erik)

"What!..." (Mob)
"How is that even possible!?" (Mob)
"Are we safe here!?" (Mob)
"What are we going to do now!?" (Mob)
"Is this true!?" (Mob)

"It is indeed the truth, unfortunately..." (Erik)
Erik raised his right hand, holding the ring he had confiscated from the student whom he had previously smashed into the ground.
"These rings are made of Anitide which is used for [Cast-Jamming], the symbol of the flat side of the ring belongs to the criminal syndicate, [Blanche]." (Erik)
He motions towards the black-clothes individuals who forcefully raised the hands of the students they had been restraining all this time.
Each student that was being restrained wore the same ring which Erik was holding within his hand.
Proof that what he was saying was the truth!
"According to the information provided by the Course-2 students." (Erik)
"[Blanche] had been brainwashing the various members of the [Kendo-Club] into doing as they say..." (Erik)
"By taking advantage of the ever-growing unrest between Course-1 & 2 students, they were able to convince a lot of our students into joining them under the false pretext of demanding equal rights for the two Courses." (Erik)
"Of course, quite a number of our students have already been swayed by this criminal organization." (Erik)
"With help from [Blanche], the senior Course-2 students were able to steal the master key to the broadcasting room." (Erik)
"They had planned to force the Student Council to organize an Open Forum so that all our focus will be concentrated towards the event while they would be easily able to steal the data from the library." (Erik)
"The Course-1 students had willing risked their safety to infiltrate the [Blanche] to get all this information, so that they could provide proof about their claims." (Erik)
"As soon as we received the proof regarding their claims, we immediately contacted the government; to work alongside us to prevent the terrorist attack on our school." (Erik)
"We had to ensure that all the students, regardless of their allegiance must be present within the hall so that the terrorist wouldn't be able to take any hostages, in case things went south." (Erik)
"Due to the courage displayed by the Course-2 students, we were able to restrain all the attackers even before they could initiate their attacks on the hall." (Erik)
"I, of course, can't reveal the names of the Course-2 students but I can indeed say this; today, there could have been a lot of casualties if only these 'Weeds', as you all call them; didn't risk their lives for us all!" (Erik)
Silence!

.
"Thank you!" (Mob)
One of the Course-1 students suddenly stood up from his seat and scream the words, 'Thank You!' at the top of his lungs!
"Yes, really thank you!" (Mob)
"Thank you!..." (Mob)
"Thanks...." (Mob)

One by one, more and more Course-1 students stood up mumbling, 'Thank you!' to their Course-2, fellow students.
Erik let out a smile as he motions towards the black-clothed individuals to take the various students into police custody until further notice.
He walks back towards the others.

What nobody realized, was that every word that came out of Erik's mouth was just a white lie!
He, together with Katsuto had been monitoring the [Blanche] for the past two years after he had found out about them.
Unfortunately, if someone were to ask him why did he not take action at that very moment and instead chose to simply observe.
Erik wouldn't be able to reply with a viable response.
After all, he couldn't just say that he didn't care about the students and just wanted information about the criminal syndicate, now could he?
Thus, he decided to transform the unfavorable condition into a favorable condition!
He came up with the story about Course-2 students risking their lives and bullshit! So that he can conveniently influence the Course-1 students into feeling grateful towards the Course-2 students for saving their lives.
This would in turn deal with the differences between both the Courses while also covering up his actions.
This would also simplify the situation since everyone would assume that he didn't have time to inform the others about the situation and risk the news being leaked out to [Blanche].
Thus he decided to deal with this himself!
Not to mention that he, coordinating with the government would be able to easily eradicate [Blanche] from the country and he could hopefully get some information about [Dream Chaser Technology].
Now, even if Mari and Mayumi questioned his decisions later, he would have something to counter their arguments!
Using a simple story, Erik was able to achieve multiple advantages over the situation which allowed him to control the whole rhythm of the events.
Like the mastermind he is!
He was able to force every situation to benefit him the most!
I had said this many times but I would say this again!
Erik's strongest weapon is not his magic or abilities!
But his terrifying intelligence!
Just by using his brain, he was able to trick the whole world into believing his white lie!
Not to mention, since the story was very simple and standard, there were no inconsistencies or plot holes to be found.
In other words,...
The perfect lie!

"Don't worry, I have everything under my control..." (Erik)
"Thank god!" (Mayumi)
"You shouldn't worry, even if they had succeeded in attacking you guys, they wouldn't have been able to harm any of you." (Erik)
"Not to mention, it would have been just a distraction since their target was the Library." (Erik)
"Mari and Erika, head towards Library..." (Erik)
"Considering that Mibu Sayaka isn't here, it is safe to assume that she is probably helping steal the data from the Library." (Erik)
"Naotsugu along with his men is waiting for the intruders so that he can ambush those who enter the Library!" (Erik)
"Make sure Mibu Sayaka doesn't escape, capture her or knock her unconscious, I honestly don't care..." (Erik)
"Just make sure that the enemy doesn't use her as a hostage..." (Erik)
"Nii-sama Nao is also here!?" (Erika)
"Focus, Erika!" (Mari)
"Sorry!" (Erika)
"Mayumi and Su-chan, handle the students within the hall and make sure none of them leave until everything settles down." (Erik)
"Alright!" (Mayumi/Suzune)
"Katsuto, prepare a vehicle..." (Erik)
"Hmm...." (Katsuto)
"Other members of the Student Council and Club Management will assist Mayumi and Su-chan is handling the students." (Erik)
"Any questions?" (Erik)
"No sir!" (Others)
"Good!" (Erik)
