The Eye Of The Moon Plan

Erik Saltzman was a young man, a normal student who spent his time studying and playing games. Enjoying his time with his family, annoying his little sister, singing songs and much more. His life was plain and simple but he didn't have any complaints with it. He was happy with what he had. Unfortunately, his simple life came to an end when he died at a young age of 17, courtesy of [Truck Association]. Upon his death, instead of finding peace, his soul was abducted by an Outer-God. The dangerously powerful entity was able to "convince" Erik Saltzman soul about the world being riddled with pain and agony. He asked Erik if he wanted to end this "Cycle of Eternal Damnation". Outer God:- I will grant you strength, to end this all, no more suffering and everyone will be happy. Erik:- What is the price? True Paradise is just a fantasy which can't be achieved no matter what you do. Outer God:- It is true that a thing such as True Paradise can only be dreamt of but what if we change the reality into a dream? After all, everything is possible in a never-ending dream. Erik:- What do you propose? Outer-God:- To create a True Paradise, you must first make the "Impossible" into something "Possible". Erik:- Swapping reality with an everlasting dream..? Outer-God:- The "Eye Of The Moon Plan" Erik:- Madara wasn't able to succeed, and I don't need to tell you about his capabilities. What makes you think that I would succeed in doing something that he couldn't? Outer-God:- Firstly, You aren't affected by Plot-armour and secondly, you don't blindly believe in anything, you're caution and decision making sets you apart the rest. Erik:- Hm...How do you propose to even start this "Plan for Salvation"? Outer-God:- You will be sent to a dream world, [Irregular at Magic High school]. You will need to successfully put everyone in that world into a dream. That world is heading towards its destruction, so begin from there first. Erik:-Irregular world? You do know the danger that infests that world right? Not to mention the broken protagonist and his sister, how am I even supposed to survive there? Outer-God:- That where I come in, I will grant you a few abilities which shall help you in your endeavour. Erik:- Hmm..... Outer-God:- You would ask about your family? How they are? Erik:- Unfortunately, I can no longer affect that world and from my observation, you too can't....otherwise you would have chosen someone with a higher success rate. Outer-God:- On-point observation indeed. Erik:- I can only pray for them to have a happy life and move on. Outer-God:-Indeed... ----------------------------------------------------------- •Cover:-Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint. •Release rate:-4 chapters worth 1000 words per week. Chapter-61 End of the Last Event

(A/N:-Read the A/N at last and tell me your thoughts.....)

----------------------------------------------------------------------

"[Ancient Magic:-Lighting hound]..."

Chiii!

"Arghh!...."

A scream resounded throughout the place, the maze-like structure of the floor causes the sound to rebound everywhere in the building, making it impossible to locate the source of the sound.

On the fourth floor, a young man could be seen on the ground. The periodic twitching of his body signified that the young lad had been electrocuted by the enemy's magic.

Erik could be seen standing a noticeable distance away from the young lad, looking around to make sure that no one else was near.

As everyone would have guessed by now, it was Erik who was responsible for the current condition of the young lad on the ground.

The latter belonged to the opposing team, [Seventh-High School]. The slight orange shade on his protective gear was enough to signify his affiliation.

Apparently, the young lad had set up an ambush near the entrance of the fourth floor using the C-rank spell, [Weight Type:-Deep Swam].

Unfortunately, Erik was using [Hollow's eyes] to pinpoint the location of his opponents, making him very suspicious that one of the opponents was camping at the entrance of the fourth floor, alone.

When a person uses magic, the surrounding experience a change until the end of the spell, this also stands for a raw psion. Miyuki would be a great example, she raw psion would always cause a drop in temperature.

Now you may think that what does all this have to do with the current situation? Erik indeed can pinpoint the soul but we don't remember him being sensitive to psion or minute changes in the surroundings.

Well, Erik wasn't alone, he was accompanied by Katsuto. The behemoth of a man could already see the "truth" of magic before but after being exposed to his dead friend forbidden spell, his sensitivity to change in space became extremely strong.

Even the term 'Oversensitive to Psion' couldn't compare to his current state. He practically became someone like a pure-blooded Uzumaki.

Erik proposed naming Katsuto's current condition as [Mind's Eye of the Kagura]. Only Erik and Katsuto were aware of the latter's formidable ability.

By closing his eyes, Katsuto can find and track psion over a vast distance, as well as perceive any unusual psion activity within a radius of several dozen kilometres.

By focusing on a particular psion, he can perceive his target's location and movements in great detail.

This ability also gives him the capability to perceive fluctuations in a person's psion made when they are lying or if someone, including himself, is under an illusion.

Erik's [Hollow's eyes] had a lesser range and versatility when compared to Katsuto's ability.

Even if he obtains Minoru's [Bloosted Elemental Sight], such details concerning the target's movement wouldn't be available to him, though he would gain the ability to sense magic and have total insight on the spell even from hundreds of kilometres.

Combined with Katsuto's ability, Erik could theoretically watch whatever the target does, within a few kilometres radius.

Erik's hollow body prevented anyone from reading his aura or psion but the opponent didn't have any such ability.

Katsuto informed Erik about the opponent's spell, making it easier for the latter to avoid the trap. He had already established his power in the previous event, there was no need for him to dominate this last event.

Erik raises his hand in front of him and casts [Ancient magic:-Lighting Hound] without using his gun-shaped C.A.D.

Purple lighting forms in his hand and he launches it at the entrance of the fourth floor. The purple lighting took the form of a hound.

He manipulated the hound to move towards the enemy, camping around the entrance.

The hound made of purple lighting was highly fast and its movements were unpredictable, making it is very difficult to avoid.

Erik's hand remained connected to the hound by a cord of lightning, allowing him to freely manipulate the speed and range of the spell.

The poor lad couldn't even move fast enough to cast a spell and hence was electrocuted.

"He is only on the entire floor, the other two are heading towards the ground floor, in hopes of finding our Monolith....."

Katsuto had his eyes closed as he sensed the presence of three individuals on the ground floor. Two of them belonged to the opposing team whereas the last one was, Cthulhu.

"Hmm.....enemy's Monolith is probably at the end of the fourth floor, we would gain nothing trying to stop the enemy..."

"Rather we should use the absence of obstacle, ending the round while they keep on searching for Cthulhu..."

Erik was confident in Cthulhu's ability to stall for time, with no one around to protect the Monolith, all he had to do was to find the Monolith and enter the code.

"Agreed, let's get this over with..."

----------------------------------------------------------------------

"Can you find the Monolith!?..."

"I can't! It's like that big ass machine disappeared in thin air!..."

"That's can't be it! The enemy is probably using an illusion to trick us!..."

"If we can't trust our eyes! Then we must resort to trusting our magic!..."

"The Monolith is made from a special material which absorbs signals rather than deflecting them like these walls!...."

"I will cast an Omni-directional [Systematic-Magic:-Compound Waves], the outgoing waves would get absorbed by the Monolith and I will know it's location!..."

"Do it! I don't think Miru can stall Juumonji Katsuto and Erik Saltzman for any longer!..."

Two individuals could be seen standing side-to-side, one of them was cautiously watching his surroundings whereas the other one was casting a spell.

"[Systematic Magic:-Compound Waves]..."

An Omni-directional wave spread everywhere with the caster as the centre of origin, the waves continued forward normally but as soon as they impacted the wall near the southern corner, the waves suddenly disappeared.

"There!..."

The other individual pointed his gun-shaped C.A.D towards the wall and casts, [Weight-Type:-Titan's prison].

As soon as he finished casting his spell, the illusion of wall suddenly disappeared before a nimble figure jumped out, pointing his hand towards them.

"[Ancient-Magic:-Shock talisman]..."

Multiple talismans flew in front of the figure, suddenly these talismans started glowing blue, making sparks appear in the air before attaching to the body of the two opponents.

"Argh!..."

"Kcgrhh!..."

The talismans gave off a rather powerful electric shock to the two individuals who collapsed on the ground, groaning in pain.

Cthulhu was able to initiate a surprise attack towards opponents and knock them out using his magic, all this while cleverly avoiding the incoming [Weight-Type Magic].

If one were to see back near the wall, not only would they find the Monolith there, but also a strange talisman lying in the centre of an enemy spell.

Cthulhu used talisman substitution technique to replace himself with a talisman before the enemy spell could take effect.

After that, everything went pretty well.

Beep!

The round beep resounded throughout the building, indicating that Erik and Katsuto had accessed enemy Monolith and successfully entered the special code.

"And the winner of this round is.....[First-High School]...!"
