10 Chapter-10: Normal Talks

The sound of continuous typing echoed throughout the Student Council Room, the handsome man with long white hair and chartreuse phosphorescent eyes was sitting in front of the digital workstation available in the room.

Erik had been cleaning up the back-log of the Public Morals Committee, setting everything in order and establishing a proper system so that such back-logging doesn't happen in the future.

"It's impressive to see the amount of back-log that has clotted over the years, so much data could be utilized for categorizing the different offenders until date." A beautiful lady with her tall frame and willowy limbs could be seen standing beside the handsome man as she helped with the back-log.

Suzune didn't really speak about her opinion on any subject but the sheer amount of data present within the back-log was astonishing.

"It is impressive indeed but the data is all mangled up and mixed, it would take a lot of time to sort after thing out and maintain a proper record."

"Hmm....that's true indeed."

"We would require more man-power...."

"How about asking the Magician-engineer students to help us out, after all, their batch starts a bit later when compared to the others."

"The idea is good but we can't provide this back-log data to students, it is equal to basically exposing all the information regarding the previous member and other confidential stuff."

"Hmm...."

Erik pulled the chair from near and placed it beside the digital monitor, gesturing Suzune to sit down as they continue to ponder over the back-log matter.

"Please sit down and make yourself comfortable...."

"Thank you..."

"Hmm...I was thinking of creating a sorting system so that at the very least, this back-log would stop growing."

"Yes, that's indeed an important plan, I will help with the programming of the system while you deal with the previous back-log, as much as you can before we find an alternative method."

"Sounds good! Very well then, I shall be entrusting you with the system project Ichihara-san...."

"I will do my best to assist you Erik-san..."

"Much appreciated....."

After thanking Suzune for agreeing to help him, Erik turned towards Naruto and asked him about if he had another server where any kind of data was stored, related to the Public Morals Committee.

"The data related to the back-log, have you stored it in anything other server or portable device? Or this is all?"

"Haha...no no! That's all! I really apologize for burdening both you both with so much work."

"Hmm....don't worry about it, this problem will be solved soon."

"Erik-san, have you had any experience with organizing different events and all, the way you work is very arranged and organized?" Asked the president, impressed by the abilities displayed by Erik so far.

"Hmm....my father was a businessman, so I was taught management and other related stuff at a very young age, probably the reason behind my organized work.

"Oh...I forgot about your last name. Hahaha.....!"

Time passed as Erik focused on his work, chatting with the other Council Members every now and then.

*Click*

"Hmm? It's break time, I will be heading towards the cafeteria to get some coffee, does anyone else wants something?"

"No thank you Erik-san...."

"Nah...."

"I had eaten some time ago....."

"Hmm...Ichihara-san, do you want anything?"

"I don't want anything to eat as I have already eaten my food but if you can bring some cups from the cafeteria, it will be much appreciated, I have ingredients and required technical assistance to make tea for everyone."

"Hmm....ok, I would surely like to drink some tea."

Saying so, Erik stood up from his chair and headed towards the door, twisting the knob, he exits the room.

He walked through the corridor, the [Public Morals Committee] arm-batch around his left hand was highlighted using red-colour, making it really easy to notice it, especially when the person walking around with it was extremely handsome.

He made his way towards the cafeteria and moved towards the same table as the last time, he and Mari sat at.

Knowing that she would be here along with Mayumi, Erik decided to visit them as promised and hopefully enjoy his coffee.

Sure enough, Erik did find Mari and Mayumi sitting at the same table. He walked towards the table.

"Hmm, seems like you both have been having fun?"

"Oh..Erik, come... come sit, today was really tiring, never thought that patrols could be so tiring."

Hearing Mari's response, a slight smile surfaced on Erik's face as he replied in an amused tone.

"You caught some students? Now I am curious about it...."

Erik asked with a curious expression as he ordered a cup of coffee.

"Nah, I didn't catch anyone but the school campus is really big!..."

"Enough Mari!, Erik-san, she is just playing around. How did your day go?"

Mayumi interjected before Mari could go on a rant about the school campus being very big and tiring.

Hearing her friend interrupting her in the middle of her monologue caused Mari's face to twitch in annoyance while Erik's amused smile grew a bit more visible.

"Indeed Saegusa-san, My day was similar to Watanabe-san's, the difference being I am troubled with the technical work regarding the committee whereas Watanabe-san is tired due to the patrols."

"You can call me by the first name, I am more comfortable with being called Mayumi than called Saegusa-san."

"Yeah, same with me Erik, Watanabe-san is too formal, aren't we friends!?"

"Yes, why not? I shall call you both by your names then...."

"So Mayumi-san, we haven't actually engaged in conservation yet, I am Erik Saltzman, a Course-1A student and Representation for The Public Morals Committee."

"I am Saegusa Mayumi, I am Mari's old friend and also a fellow Course-1A student."

"You are planning to join any authority?"

"Hmm, I will apply for the Student Council President and hopefully become one...."

"That's a high goal, I do hope you are able to achieve it, you will be a nice addition to the council."

"Thank you...."

"So how has the back-log being coming to Erik?"

"Too much data need to be categorized, even with Ichihara-san's help, it will take quite some time."

"Tha—"

"THE FUCK YOU ARE SITTING HERE YOU COURSE-2 TRASH!!...."
