Prologue

6 years ago during the nine tails attack…

Inside Konohagakure's main hospital, a woman was giving birth to a young boy with black short hair.

She was alone on this day because her family hadn't arrived yet, her husband couldn't go with her because of injuries he sustained at the end of the war and her son was on a mission.

"Hae-sama, your boy looks like he'll become a handsome boy, have you thought of a name?"

"I have, his name will be Arashi, I'll name him after my father."

"I have to say, you're lucky to have two children at such an age. I'm sure your son will be happy to have a kid brother."

Hae smiled upon hearing that.

"Just hold on, I'll be back in a few minutes."

Arashi had small black eyes, and he happily reached for his mother.

'I'm so happy we could get at least one gift after that war.

Your father will be so pleased to see you, you have his eyes.' Hae said to herself as she fed her son.

After a while, Hae was by herself, resting while holding Arashi in her arms.

She closed her eyes and started thinking about her sons and her husband.

Hae's face turned grim after feeling a sudden dark aura around her.

'That chakra…'

Hae stood up and looked outside, it was a full moon, and a quiet night but yet… she couldn't ignore that feeling.

Boom!

A giant wave of smoke appeared and washed over the village.

"That's…"

Hae's face went pale and her eyes widened.

"It's the nine tails!!" a woman outside her window screamed.

"Rooooaaar!"

Even from a distance, the giant nine-tailed fox roared loud enough to send chills right down anyone's spine.

"No way!"

Whoosh!

A surge of chakra blew past everyone and broke some windows.

"Arashi!" Hae covered Arashi with her back.

"Ah!" Tears came from her eyes as blood poured through her back after glass pierced her.

She didn't stop, though.

Hae took a deep breath and limped towards the emergency exit.

"Ugh!" Someone pushed her and almost made her fall down, everyone was in a rush.

"Look, that woman over there is carrying a newborn!" A nurse yelled.

Arashi was crying loudly.

"There, there Arashi, it's OK. I'm here with you." Hae lost a lot of blood and she had tears, but she still smiled and comforted her son.

"Hae-sama! I'm here to help!" The nurse from before said as she helped Hae up.

"Please, just take my son, let him live, please!"

"I can save you too, you're losing a lot of blood."

"No, just take Arashi, I beg you!" Hae's face was overflown with tears as she begged for her son's life.

The nurse looked outside.

"Look, it's stopped moving, you're going to be alright. We're all going to be alright."

The nine tails had stopped moving.

It looked above and opened its mouth.

A giant dark orb of chakra built above its mouth.

"Move out of the way!!!"

Another stampede formed as people recognized that orb from before.

"Take him with you!" She gave Arashi to that nurse.

"Arashi, I love you, don't forget me."

Boom!!

Buildings collapsed after being touched by a giant orb heading toward the hospital.

"Go!"

Uwaaa! Uwaaah! Arashi was crying as he carried him out of the hospital.

Boom!! The hospital turned to dust and rumbled after being touched by that orb.

"No!" The nurse covered Arashi as the debris was falling on them.

Uwaah! Uwaah!

Arashi continued crying when the nurse died protecting him.

Not long after that, a man with long dark hair was scouting the area and found the crying infant, he ran to the Hokage to inform him.

Before the Hokage arrived, the child fell asleep.

"I was on my way back from patrol when I found him crying outside.

His parents are possibly dead."

Lord third nodded as Hiashi told him what happened.

He was walking with Danzo, one elder who assisted him.

"For the other problem, it's his eyes, they aren't open, but I can see something different within them, some strange chakra flows through them.

His chakra reserves shouldn't be that powerful, even for someone of his heritage.

And not only that, his chakra seems so strange as well, I see a great power flowing through him, it's abnormal."

"Different eyes and chakra?" Hiashi nodded.

"He hasn't opened his eyes, but I don't want to wake him up just yet."

Danzo nodded.

"This child, his name is Arashi, that's what it says on his blanket." Lord third stated as looked around.

Arashi had short black hair, they covered him in a red blanket and below his blanket was a single black leather glove with 3 magatama patterns

Lord third noticed as he observed the baby.

'Two problematic children in one night, this couldn't get any worse.' Lord third said to himself.

"Hiashi, there's no need to worry about this child anymore, I'll send him to an orphanage, they'll take care of him."

Hiashi nodded.

"Be careful, with this one, I'm getting a bad feeling and the village can't afford to lose another Hokage." Hiruzen nodded.

"Lord third, I have to leave, the clan needs me, I'm sure you understand."

Hiashi left the child to lord third, and Lord third picked him up.

"What do you think of this, Danzo?"

"If the Hyūga head says he sees something special about the child, should we risk it by letting him out of our sight?"

"What if he's wrong? What if there's nothing special about him? Doesn't that mean we've robbed the child's chance at having a normal life?"

"No, it only means we're strengthening our forces."

Hiruzen frowned.

"Hiruzen, I'm sure you've also noticed his strong resemblance to 'that' shinobi." Lord Third looked at him again.

"He's from the same clan, we cannot let him know his true heritage if they get their hands on this child, and if this child is as special as Hiashi suggests, then nothing is stopping them."

Danzo nodded.

"But it will be difficult, hiding him from his actual family.

Especially while his brother and father still live." Danzo didn't respond.

"Yes, even by his clan's standards, his cousin surpasses them by a large margin, he won't take lightly if he ever learns what happened here.

His father isn't a problem. He is on his deathbed and will soon perish." Danzo added.

"Hiruzen, we won't risk the safety of the village just because your ambition tells you otherwise. We should keep him far from the truth until we know for certain why he's special."

"Fine, I'll take him to an orphanage under another name, and of another clan, you make sure no trace of his parents or anyone is left here." Danzo nodded.

Lord Third walked to Konoha's orphanage and dropped the baby there.

"Does he have a name?" The lady asked.

Hiruzen nodded.

"Tsuki."

She nodded.

"What about his clan?"

"He's from the Uzumaki clan."

She smiled and nodded.

"He's the second one of the night, isn't he?" Hiruzen nodded.

That lady had brown, long hair, tied up in a bun, she had a round face that highlighted her warm smile, and her eyes were black and round, but when she smiled, they narrowed so much it was almost as if they disappeared.

She wore a white shirt and black pants.

After dropping him there, Hiruzen left and went back to his house.

In the middle of the night, the child woke up and began crying.

"Uwaah!" His eyes were filled with tears and were slightly open.

The nurse entered and fed him some milk from a bottle.

"There, there, Tsuki, you'll be alright, your eyes are beautiful, they reflect the moon."

She said as she fed him.

The child calmed down and fell back asleep.

That night, a heavy storm rained upon other villages.

Whoosh…

The Raikage looked outside his window after a strong wind blows it open.

Boom!

A strong and deadly bolt of lightning struck the Tsuchikage's office.

"Tch! What the hell was that?!" He asked as he looked outside the window.

Whoosh!

A cyclone the size of a giant building hit the Kazekage's office before dispersing.

Boom!

Another giant bolt of lightning struck the Mizukage's office.

Thunderous clouds could be heard hovering over Konohagakure.

Meanwhile, a man wearing a cloak and a mask engulfed in a dark silhouette grinned after witnessing a thunderbolt hit the tree he was laying under.

'Hmph, an omen? What does it mean exactly?

… I'll find out, eventually.'
