18 Jealous

Ace enjoyed to herself, looking at their expressions. 'I will continue your plan and make you come to me by yourself.'

After everyone ate, the youngsters sat in the hall. Czar, Tala, and Nina were involved in discussing, what to write about the fire lilies and the waterfall. Ace just watched them as they hit their brain for words and ideas.

"Why don't you help us?" Tala glared at Ace.

Stretching his hands into the air, he replied, "I am busy looking at all of you."

Nina smiled, hearing that, and her clever, naughty brain gave her a mischievous thought, "Is it so? Why don't you take Czar with you tomorrow so that you both can continue your looks?" Ace and Czar seemed dumb-struck and frightened that she would carry that false news around.

"Why Czar and what looks?" Tala questioned, looking at Ace and Czar, who were already staring at each other with fear and worry.

Nina was having fun watching Ace's face turn from happiness to terror. "Since Czar never stepped out of the village, I thought that it's a chance to take a look at the city," she replied and moved her tongue around the inner front teeth with utter delightment, that can't be displayed.

Ace and Czar sighed with relief and sat back.

"That's a nice thought. What do you think about that, Bro?"

"Of course, if Nina wants, but if she can provide him stay at her house, I am fine!" Ace replied, winking his eye to Nina.

'Does he think that I can't make my parents agree to that? "Sure! Not a problem," she replied, smirking.

Looking at the eye and word fights between them, Tala blabbered, "I don't want to go." ending the discussion in one shot.

"Nina, How are you going tomorrow?" Tala questioned abruptly.

"Hmmm...The bus is peaceful than him but... I can't ask the driver to stop, eat and relax anywhere. Moreover, there will be super-duper co-passengers to chit-chat and enjoy, whereas in the car I have to sit with this boring person. BUT! Since your mom requested to go with this dull, soulless, and tiresome person, I will go in his car."

That was a description that no one in the room expected. Every trait she spoke about Ace was so satirical and humorous that Tala and Czar had to bite their lips to control their laugh. However, when she said that she accepted because of Jennie, they burst out.

"Sorry!!" they both murmured and ran out laughing. They always listened to stories that Ace told about how girls try to attract him. Not only did they listen, but they have seen too. Every time they visited the nearest town or city, all the young girl's gazes would be around them because of Ace, not allowing them to enjoy themselves. Watching a girl despairing at him was the first time for them.

"Why are you doing this?" Ace asked, slamming his palm on the chair's arm.

"Mmm... So that Czar knows that I don't like or want you anymore and moreover, what I told is true." Nina replied and went outside to check on them.

Watching Nina coming, "That was an epic! I have never ever seen a girl who hates and talks back to him" Tala danced, giving a high-five to her.

As Czar and Tala giggled and laughed as if there was no tomorrow, "Why don't we meet the people who live in the forest?" Nina suggested, disappearing the smiles on their faces.

"How did you know that there are people in the woods?" Czar was astonished as they would never reveal it to such a curious girl.

"James!" she replied calmly. "Shall we go?" she jumped with excitement.

'Time to act and create a story.' "We can, but it's already 3 o'clock. It takes at least 2-3 hours to reach that place, and of course, we can't ride. So, why don't we start early on some other day?"

Nina put her bottom lip forward and appeared as if sulking.

"Why don't we go to the beach?" Tala suggested, observing her long face. "Done!!" Nina jumped and clapped with enthusiasm.

'Start of her mood swings. Why does she look that happy for going to the beach? Didn't she visit the waterfall just a few hours ago? Is Czar asking her out? I can't allow them to be alone.' "That's a nice idea! I haven't been to the beach for a long time," Tala uttered, gazing at Czar's suspicious act.

"Of course, The more, the merrier!!" Nina muttered, standing in between them and placing her right side on Tala and left on Czar.

At the same time, Ace walked to the main door, not understanding what they were discussing. Though that was one of the reasons, he mainly wanted to check if they were talking behind him.

His mouth dropped to the floor, viewing the scene outside. 'Is she dumb? Why is she close to them? Though she sees them as friends, I'm sure that both of them are attracted to her.' "What are you doing? Hugging?"

"Do you call that a hug? This is hugging." telling that, she wrapped her hands around Czar and whispered into his ear, "Time to make your lover jealous."

That visual made the siblings crazy that they would even murder Czar. Both of them jumped to them and separated. Ace was glaring at Nina, and Tala was scowling at him as if ready to eat him alive.

"What are you doing?" Ace yelled furiously. He didn't have any clue on what Nina was intending or planning to do.

"I am showing you what a hug is. Oh!!! You don't seem to like it." Nina grinned her teeth, looking at Ace with bulging eyes. Turning her gaze towards Czar, "Why didn't you try to push or get yourself free from my hands?"

"Because.....you are a girl...it might hurt you if I behave that way," Czar replied honestly, though not understanding what the hell was going on.

Nina sighed and rolled her eyes to Ace, "Seems like an uneducated person is more caring and thoughtful than someone."

It was then Ace knew why she was behaving oddly the whole day. "Don't tell me that you are doing all this just because of the morning incident?"

"Yes, So?" Nina yelled with blurry tears.

"I thought you were mature enough, but you not! Don't you see Czar scanning around tensed? Why do you think?" Ace asked, taking a step forward to her.

Nina watched Czar, and he was actually sweating and gazing around. 'Why is he worried out? How is that related to me?'

"Not understanding, right?.... He is struggling and frightened because of you. Nina, This is a village, not a town and far away from a city. Rumours spread around the village like a fire that will burn you in the end. Hope you have at least a little common sense to understand what I told you just now." Ace told Nina, controlling his voice and furious expression.
