Howard looked at his new apartment .

he was very happy with this apartment,he worked hard to find cheap apartment closer to his high school than his former apartment, but it was worth the effort.

The apartment consists of a bathroom , a kitchen and a bedroom .

although it was a small apartment it was enough for him.

After a tiring day of moving his stuff, Howard headed to his new bed room.

moving can difficult especially when he is doing all the work. He doesn't have many friends , he wasn't introvert , but he wasn't social either, he didn't call his friends because they weren't that close,but he couldn't afford what the moving company charged, because he was just an orphan student,financially he wasn't in a very good position.

After entering his new bedroom he thought ' Ahh... finally some well deserved rest ' Howard looked at his right to see his reflection on the window.

a young man with black hair and brown eyes, he wasn't ugly, but he wasn't handsome either, the big eyes and the many freckles on his face gave him a meek air.

He checked his things to see if he was missing anything.

Howard noticed something his desk. A book , it's cover was black with red edges written on it in red " the explorer's book " 'Hmm ... that's strange, it wasn't here a minute ago ' he thought .

Howard was sure that book was not in the apartment when he first arrived.

He couldn't resist his curiosity and grabbed the book to investigate it .

' it looks new' he thought, before turning the pages, just to find that they were all blank. Except for the first page ، on which one sentence was written.

[ do you want to explore a new world?] When Howard saw this he thought that this book was some kind of game.

But he couldn't help but think about the possibility that this book really would transport him to another world.

to live adventures there , sees and gets to know new places and creatures.

Maybe for fun or to calm his curiosity and gets some sleep.

Howard said " yes "

his surroundings disappeared before his mind could comprehend what had just happened , and he found himself in a dark void with no visible end .

He couldn't feel his body , nor did he feel like he was breathing.

Howard panicked and did not want to acknowledge the high possibility that he was dead, so he looked around ,but he didn't find anything except the dark void and a book flouting near him.

And with a thought he gets closer to it. Howard didn't know how he moved and how he could see the book when there is obviously no source of light.

But he is a soul now, so what did he know ? When he reached the book , Howard realized that this is the same book from earlier!!

The book was opened on the first page but it changed.

[ name : Howard Phillips.

age : 17.

No one answered him in this endless darkness.

Thinking for a while, Howard finally calmed down , ' maybe this isn't so bad '

The temptation to go to another world was high, and it wasn't like someone is waiting for him in his former world

Howard didn't have a family from the start, and his friends were only his classmates, they didn't really meet after the school, that takes time and effort he wasn't willing to spend, specially when they only texts him to get homework or notes , their conversations did go beyond studying.

Thinking about the new possibilities in front of him filled him with hope 'am I going to be reborn in a rich and loving family, or transmigrated as a summoned hero to save the world '

Accepting his situation, Howard prepared mentally to his new life.

And suddenly the book closed ، and Howard felt a strong pull downward and lost consciousness.
