1 Chapter 01
My name is Saru Yoshi a normal japanese guy who likes isekai manga's, i am on my way to school walking and reading the usual isekai manga's hoping i too would also get hit by a truck and be transported into another world, i suddenly heard a honk behind me, aha guess what i jinxed it, a truck with a drunk driver were suddenly coming for me, "HOLY CRAP" i spoke out loud terrified, but i thought to myself.. why should i avoid this truck, life is hell for me anyways, even if i come out alive in this situation, i don't have a family to cry to or friends... All i have is bullies in school, isn't it just better to end it all here.. Those thoughts popped up in my head and i didn't even try to avoid the truck...
I hear some people whisper around me, i quickly open my eyes thinking it was heaven but... "What the, who are you!!" the people who were wearing a long black robe turned to me "Qajir jotir lor kauw kit" they spoke some foreign words, i can't understand any of it "w-what?" i spoke with a confused and terrified face.. They suddenly started chanting something, a big light of ball appeared and entered my body, "Can you understand us now?" One of the black robed men said looking at me, "w-where am i and and who are you!?" i trembled at their sight, "Calm down other-worlder, do not fear us, right now you are in a world called ether, we summoned you to slay evil and mad people, we will make you strong.. stronger than anyone" the robed people said but i still had some suspicion inside me.
"We will take you to the king and his highness will explain things better to you" They guided me to the door and outside was a big and long hallway, after a minutes of walking we arrived at a super large door, im guessing behind the door is the king's chamber, luckily i read alot of isekai manga's, the robed men opened the door, they walked in and quickly kneeled, i did the same and looked up to see a man with a long white beard he looks like he was about in his 60's, im guessing he's the king, he seems so intimidating yet elegant.
"Welcome to ether other-worlder" The king said as he looked at me with high expectations "Ahem, so ill be telling you the things you need to know, as you know you are currently in a world called ether. Where there's magic and other fantasy stuff, in here a person is born with an element and this element will affect your magic, for an example you are born with a fire element, you can only use fire magic and water magic will be your weakness, now let me tell you all the elements and their rarity, first up is the most common elements which is fire, water, air and earth you have 70% of getting them, next is the rare elements which is ice, magma, tornado, and lightning you have 25% of getting them, and we have the legendary element, yin and yang, yes we only have 1 legendary element as we still doesn't know the other legendary elements because of how hard to get it, you have 5% to get it and lastly... The god tier element which you have control over space and time.. We do not know the exact chances to get it but it's probably around 0.1% based on our theories" that was alot of info to put in my head, i am both speechless and excited, the god tier element was so COOL.
Then suddenly the king had someone to bring a ball made of glass? It was as big as my palm. "Please place your hand on the ball" Someone who was one of the robed men approached me with the ball "What does this ball do?" i asked "With this ball we can determine your element" I was excited and immediately put my hand on the ball, as soon as i put my hand on the ball, i suddenly started feeling dizzy and uncomfortable.. I feel like im about to faint and its like sucking in my power, the ball's color started to change and everyone is watching it closely making me nervous.
The ball became pitch black.. Everyone seemed like they're going to faint from shock "t-this can't be!! A GOD TIER ELEMENT?" I was shocked with what the robed men said, me? I got a god tier element!? I was lost for words as my luck isn't great ever since I was born.
"hahah.. As expected of the hero we summoned!!" hero.. me?.. well I saw this coming, this isn't the time to get shocked!! I calmed myself down and looked at the king "Your highness, why did you summon me?" I asked confused "Good question, we have summoned you to kill all the evil being in this world!" ah- I knew it.. this typical plot.. ITS SO BORING.
but wait.. why did he say 'Evil beings' and not just 'Demon King'.. "Excuse me your highness.. What about the demon king?" The king stopped for a moment before answering "There is no demon king.."
