The Brother's Awakening

Anxiously I arrive at my stop. Though it never seems to truly come. I wait, appearing agitated and stressed, yet no person paid me any mind. Then I realized, I was in such a vivid dream, that time seemed to stop, and space seemed to distort.

I thought to wake and with that I did, I thought I did. Nothing that happened made sense to me, the past, the present, and the future, remained veiled in uncertainty, until I heard these words.

"Cauis! Cauis, wake up!" I awoke to my elder brother, shouting my name.

"Brother, how long was it this time?" I asked cautiously, waiting the nightmarish answer.

"You've been out for 4 years and 7 months, younger brother. We thought you wouldn't make it this time." My heart sank to the thought.

What felt like a mere moment, was almost five years of my life.

"Wait, how old are we, this year?" I asked my elder twin.

"We turned 17 two months ago. You missed it, and you missed mother and father's burial." Brother Cassius stated coldly.

"Mother and father died!?" I shouted as if my heart just cracked.

I did not know what to say. My human body, could not handle my emotions, and as such I sent myself away.

"Caius, wait!!!" Brother shouted to me.

Using 「Hades: Shadow Realm」, I went to my private space of thought. Receding my form, and becoming pure energy, clearing my mind, from what I learned. Unique to say the least, right?

As I released my form, my brother, was not happy, in the real world.

Cassius, he is your only twin. The only family, I have left. What are you gonna do without him?

"I guess I'll do this then..."
