7 Chapter VI: Legendra

In what seemed like the blink of an eye we had been instantly transported yet again to another destination.

"We're here." Aziell said with a smug look upon his face and collapsed upon one knee for a few minutes.

"Don't mind me, I'll be alright in a moment. Teleportation Spells aren't for the weak. It takes a lot of mental training and it's definitely not what everyone reads in storybooks." Aziell added upon catching his breath and wiping the sweat off his forehead.

Looking around it became obvious we ended up on stronghold of some sort. The walls were lined with an oddly polished grey stone that was flexing a neon green glow.

Walking forward I realized the ceiling and hallway we entered had to have been at least tall enough to fit a two story house in it. Clearly this castle or fortress had to be much larger on the outside considering the size of the inside.

As I followed Aziell further down the hallway the portal we left behind us folded in upon itself and disappeared. A few seconds later we were met by five soldiers that phased in around us out of nowhere, one to the front, four to the back.

Aziell broke my brief confusion, "No need to worry kid, they're on our side". The heavily armored soldiers steered our path around the corner a little further until we ended up at large glowing wooden door which two additional soldiers began opening from the other side.

"Vyth, Legendra of Valorre, step forth. As promised all shall now be explained.." stirred a seemingly familiar voice that echoed in my head as light flooded the darkened hallway from the other side of the doorway.
