87 Chapter 86

I appeared in an empty part of the Omniverse. Unimaginable levels of power radiated from my body as I transformed into my original form, I affectionately call it Leviathan. After finishing my transformation, I took the Red Dragon Emperor's Soul from my storage space and held it in my left claw.

With my 2nd right claw, I took a lot of flesh from my 1st left claw. I didn't know if this would work or not, but I had unparalleled healing abilities and therefore it could work.

I looked at the place where I had pulled my flesh from and it was already healed. I tapped the Red Dragon Emperor's Soul into my torn flesh.

The flesh immediately absorbed the Soul, and the piece of flesh began to beat like a heart. Moments later, the healing factor of my flesh kicked in and the draconic bone structure began to form inside the piece of flesh.

As soon as the bones were formed, muscles began to form around the bone structure. Soon a small layer of soft tissue covered the muscle mass and finally red scales began to form all over the body.

I changed into my human form and decided to wait patiently for the dragon to wake up. After only a minute, the dragon choked loudly and its eyes opened. Its reptilian eyes focused on me. I could sense that the Red Dragon Emperor had obtained some of my power, but I didn't care about that.

Before the Dragon could say anything, he whimpered as huge wings began to sprout from his back... the Dragon let out a huge sigh as the wings just formed on his back. Once again the Dragon's reptilian eyes focused on my form.

''Thank you. I don't know how you did it, but I will be eternally grateful to you.'' said the Dragon in a tone of thanks and respect and gave me a small bow.

''Don't worry about it. Just be a good pet for my mistress.'' I replied with a smile.

I saw the big dragon shiver and didn't mind too much - he's probably cold.

''How does your body feel? Is there anything different?'' I asked and the Dragon closed his eyes, trying to inspect the internal aspects of his body.

After a few minutes, the Dragon opened his eyes. "Everything is perfect... I feel that I am much stronger than ever, but I noticed a kind of chaotic energy inside me. I am not familiar with this energy.'' The dragon said proudly.

''That's some of the Power of Destruction. How I made your body using my flesh. Every cell in my Leviathan form is filled with the Power of Destruction...so you also gained that power.'' I said and Dragon's eyes widened as she once again tilted her head.

''So, are you sure you're okay with me staying here?'' Ddraig asked with an unsure tone.

''Don't worry... everything will be fine. Although one of my lovers might come and try to become your friend.'' I said with a smile. Technically it wasn't a lie...

''Ah, of course I have no problem with that. After spending so many years sealed inside that damn Sacred Equipment, I guess having some friends wouldn't hurt me.'' Ddraig said in a somewhat cheerful tone. Well, good luck with that, I thought dryly.

''I want to go home so I can have another can of beer.'' I grunted...if it wasn't for Luna I wouldn't have even picked this guy up....

''Are you a man or a woman?'' I asked Ddraig.

"How rude! Can't you see that I am a beautiful woman and a sexy dragon?'' Answered Ddraig and started sexualizing in his 'dragon form'.

'I'd rather see one of my children naked than that...' I mentally thought.... I can already imagine this woman causing me a lot of trouble in the future, but I'll leave that to my future self.

The entire room was completely packed with several Devil Clan Lords. No one knew why the Devil Kings decided to organize this meeting on such short notice.

The Devil Lords had been talking among themselves, discussing something boring and political as usual. Lord Sitri and Lord Gremory sat side by side completely silent. They both heard about the incident and couldn't help but grimace.

Zekram Bael entered the room without bothering to look at anyone and sat down. His eyes roamed the entire room and sneered. Even if he didn't know about the incident, he knew that this meeting would be about the arrival of this mysterious being.

After a few minutes, the four Devil Kings finally entered the Chambers with solemn looks on their faces. They all stopped talking when the Chamber became completely silent. Everyone had noticed the solemn looks on the Devil Kings' faces, so they understood that it must be bad news.

Even if the Devil Council acted arrogantly most of the time, they wouldn't dare to antagonize a Demon King directly anymore. Everyone contemplated the words Serafall Leviathan had said and swallowed noisily.

''So, we've lost Boosted Gear?'' Lord Naberius asked in a somewhat mocking tone.

This time, the Demon Kings did not bother to silence the Devil's Council. They simply stood back and decided to give them all the time they needed to calm down. After several minutes, everything inside the Devil Council Chambers finally calmed down.

''We shouldn't be worried. We could probably defeat this so-called The Creator if we all pull together,'' a random Council member said dismissively.

Shut up, you idiot! Didn't you hear that he was able to neutralize two Demon Kings at the same time without any effort?'' Zekram Bael asked in a venomous tone. The Council member who had spoken earlier could only stammer after hearing the words

Zekram Bael's eyes focused on Sirzechs Lucifer. ''What are the chances that 'The Creator' will carry out his threat?" Zekram Bael asked.

Lord Phenex had lost a lot of prestige after his son's defeat. He blamed Sirzechs Lucifer for that. If he had not interfered, his son might simply scoff at the challenge. Now his son was marked for life and he locked himself inside his room.

Lord Phenex blamed Sirzechs Lucifer, Rias Gremory and that damned pawn Issei Hyoudou. Slowly, most of the Council members began to agree with what Lord Phenex had said. They may be facing the danger of being extinct, but they are still politicos.

"I call for a vote!" Lord Naberius exclaimed and many Council members began to exclaim in agreement. Sirzechs Lucifer and Serafall Leviathan could only watch the entire scene with a look of betrayal in their eyes.

Ajuka Beelzebub and Falbium Asmodeus could only smile sympathetically. They had expected such a reaction, but not like this. Although Ajuka Beelzebub understood why this was happening. The Council members were simply trying to blame the easiest targets.

Half an hour later, the Devil's Council finally declared that the Sirzechs Lucifer and Serafall Leviathan had to pay their dues because they were being held responsible for the whole incident...
