5 Chapter 005: The Cold-Blooded Ice Magician

"Yawn! Hmmm!" Sounded a voice." I thought I sensed magic but turns out it was just some silly kid bandits."

"Y'all heard that?" Charles pulled out his Kali sticks.

"Sure did. Everyone, surround that carriage and let's get this over with quickly." Kenny leapt out the carriage, moving quickly and quietly.

"I woke up from my nap for five kids. Well, now I'm pissed!" The suspicious stranger spoke while still inside the carriage.

"Boom!"

The door of the second carriage unexpectedly blasted towards me, knocking me backwards onto the ground, closer to the forest. That was a pain I never expected to suffer in all my nineteen years of life.

A tall, slender muscular man dressed in what seemed to be winter clothes. A white tiger print fur winter coat opened at the front exposing his abs and chest muscles through a skin-tight, no sleeves, black turtle neck shirt and some black baggy pants. He had a claw mark scar on the side of his face, stretching from his left ear to his left cheek, metal piercings on the bridge of his nose and under his eyelids. His hair was in the shape of a mohawk mullet and black with white at the tips. His eye colour was black and his skin snow white pale.

"Shelly! No!" Kenny glanced at me, knocked to the ground. He glared back at the man, his eyes were filled with rage. "You bastard!"

"Rush him! He can't take us all on by himself." Kenny shouted in an enraged tone.

Kenny and the rest charged at the strange man while he stood there picking his nose and began mumbling something.

In that instance, I felt violent and eerie energy coming from him. A huge chill sprinted down my spine, signalling something was way too dangerous about this man.

"No, don't! Get back!"

Jenny, Kenny, Timmy and Charles forcibly stopped suddenly in their tracks. The ground around this man froze, it was completely ice-covered.

"Ice?! But how?" Charles tried pulling his feet off the ground but he couldn't move an inch.

"We're stuck!?" Timothy struggled, twisting and turning his body.

"Try and breakout quickly," Kenny tried using his dagger to break free, but to no avail.

"Ahhh! Help me, Kenny!" Jenny screamed while the ice froze her limbs, going up to her neck. "It's freezing me."

"I'm trying!" Kenny struggled some more but with no good results, the ice froze faster than he could break it.

"It's no use kids." The strange man grinned and pulled his finger from his nostrils along with a huge bugger. Walking towards Timmy, whose body was frozen up to the neck by now, wiped his bugger infested finger on his hair. "It's ice magic and you have no way of escaping."

"Help me, Kenny! I don't want to-" Jenny's body froze mid-sentence, her frightened face staring at Kenny.

"No! No! Not like this. I can't die like-." Charles froze next.

"Please, sir! Let me go. I beg you! I don't want to die-" Timothy froze, begging for his life crying.

"Undo this, you Jackass!" Kenny's eyes and face revealed nothing but wrath. The ice froze his arms and moved slowly up his upper chest to his neck.

"What if I don't want to." The magician stood in front of Kenny, towering over him, his hands in his pockets, head tilting and smirking at Kenny's grief.

"Pwoot!" Kenny spat on his face.

The man slowly moved away from Kenny with eyes closed and a heavy sigh.

"Y'know... I was gonna make you freeze like your friends, but now you've just angered me more."

The ice stopped at Kenny's shoulders.

He walked over to Timothy, wiping the spit off his face. "I have to make you suffer a bit more before you die."

"Crack!" He grabbed Timothy's frozen head about to break it.

"Wait! Stop! Don't touch him!" Kenny shouted at the top of his lungs.

"Too late kid." The man chuckled.

"Crush!"

His fingers broke through Timothy's head.

I was stuck to the ground, shaking in fear from the overwhelming energy spewing from this man and seeing my friends die made it worse. I could hardly breathe or think straight.

He was too strong, what was a weakling like me to do?

"Crush!" He destroyed Charles' head next.

"You Monster!" Kenny bit down hard on his lips and blood dribbled along his chin.

"Next is this little cutie right here." The magician rubbed his hands against Jenny's frozen head.

"Take your filthy hands off my girlfriend you creep!" Kenny wiggled his body, trying once more to break out the ice.

"You're right. I can't do that to her. I'm a gentleman. He pulled his hand away from Jenny's frozen head.

"Sike!" He punched Jenny's frozen head with all his might and kicked her frozen torso, breaking her entire body while he laughed uncontrollably.

When Kenny saw that, he burst into tears yelling at him.

"You Monster! I'll kill you! I'll beat you to DEATH!" Kenny's tone was that of resentment and fury.

"Haaaa! That was fun but who should I kill next. You or her?" He looked at me while cleaning his ears with his pinky finger.

"No! Shelly run! Go! Run!" Kenny bellowed to me with tears in his voice.

I sat there on the ground scared out of my mind, thinking to myself. "We're all gonna die! This man is gonna kill me next."

"Ohh! That's a great idea! I like a good chase!" His eyes widen with pleasure and he wiped his ear wax-covered pinky on Kenny's hair. "I'll even give you a headstart to make it fair."

"Go, Shelly! Run please! Don't die!" Kenny begged me with only tears in his voice. He was broken.

I got up to my feet, shaking like a newborn deer and started running through the forest, aiming to get far away from this merciless and cold-blooded killer.

"Well then, since the game has already started. I'm done with you now." The man muttered some words. "~Come forth, Ice Blade~"

A long sharp blade of ice formed around the man's right hand. "Farewell kid."
