"...Ya, my wife is a level 68 Arcanus, and I am a level 65 Aequalis" Jack had sat back in his chair. "Wow, that's really good for people who seem to have no background or backing. It is very uncommon for people to awaken over 10 years ago and who have no backing to reach level 65+ in a span of 10 years." The guards had been interested in the parents of Azrael

"Yes, it's true we have no backing; we just had to work hard. We always wanted to make sure Azrael had parents who were strong and could protect him, you know?" Alana's words were directed at her feelings for her own 2 children.

"Oh, sorry that was our Holoinv." Suddenly on his wrist, a type of bracelet appeared on his arm. He had tapped on the bracelet, which brought up a translucent blue screen.

[ Good day, Mr and Mrs, who are reading this important message! I am from the royal army and am sending a message to say that you have been called to help in a few battles for the Empire. All those of level 65 and above are being summed to participate. Please note this is an order from the king himself, so please do come; it is for the safety of everyone.

Azrael had walked just as everyone had read their messages. "Mom, Dad, I saw you got an important message; what was it about?" Azrael had always wanted a Holoinv, but it had always been too expensive to buy.

"Hey Azzy, yes, it was a message for a mission which both your father and I are gonna have to take you will have to stay home alone. "Alana was a bit nervous because she had not told the whole truth. She had not wanted Azrael to be worried about them going to a battlefield, where they might die.

"Well, I think I will be; I have Kayla? Mom Kayla asked me if I wanted to study with her and Magnus, which means they will come over every day! Kayla said she would also pay for my schooling with them!" Azrael's voice grew higher as he beams with happiness and excitement

Alana sighed, "* I can't say no, and I need someone to look after Azrael while Jack and I are gone.*" She looked to Jack for his opinion, and he nodded slightly in agreement. "Azrael, I only have one question to ask from my side but, will there be fighting classes as well ?"

"Mr. Raven, there will be magic studies, physical training, language studies, historical and general world information. They can also teach Azrael how to cook, clean, and take care of himself" Magnus had walked into the room with Azrael and looked at his parents. He had not had the same serious face he initially had when entering the house. But he had still been polite when speaking to the parents of Azrael.

"Well, I don't see why not. Jack, do you have anything else to say?" Alana had a soft tone that had a lingering feeling of her worries.

"Nope, I think we can trust them, honey. There could be no one safer than the royals to leave Azrael with, he is also getting free education, and it's not like we have much choice" He lowered his voice while mentioning the last few words with a glare at his Hovoinv.

"YAY! YAY!" Azrael had jumped up and down while shouting his lungs out. "*Yes, yay, I'm gonna go to school!!*" Smiled so big, even showing his teeth. "*So cute*," Alana thought and smiled warmly.

"Honey, let's get ready to leave; we need to get there quickly. Time is not exactly on our side since we are kinda far from the destination." Jack sounded a little more serious, and his precious shy, playful tone had dimmed as he changed his focus to the task.

"*2 days has passed my parents are leaving, not only mom and dad but my other friend's parents are also leaving*" Azrael had been indulging in his thoughts when there had been a sudden knock at the door.

*Knock knock*

Azrael had jumped up to go open for his friends who had arrived. Today had been the first day where he would start school.

Azrael had run to the door as fast as his little legs let him run. *huff huff* "Hi, please come in." Azrael sounded a little out of breath.

'`Why are you so out of breath? What were you doing before we came?' Kayla had looked at Azrael while raising one brow. Magnus' attitude towards Azrael was warmer, and the teacher who had come with them had a condescending look to Azrael. "*Why must the royal family ask me to do such a tendus job and teach a peasant. This is too frustrating to think about .*."

Everyone had walked into the house and took seats on the couches to their left. "Would anyone like some mystic tea or night coffee?" Alana and Jack had not left just yet; they had waited for the guests to arrive. Alana had still been worried for her son, but she had been more confident since there were royal guards outside and someone who is able to keep her son company. Alana had made tea and coffee for everyone, even for the guards outside.

"Well, we're out to get going, right jack?" Alana had everything packed and ready. "Yes, everything is in my Holoinv and original subspace" Holoinv could store items, players when awakened, get a standard inventory, but the Holoinv allows them to store more things in a subspace dimension.

"Bye then, everyone. Keep safe from the robber!" Jack had left with Alana, and they had started their long journey. A journey that will be long….

"56! 57! 58! 59! 60! And stop!" The instructor had been doing sword training. "Azrael, your swing is getting better please keep it up, Kayla, you started before Azrael, and he is almost better than you!" The instructor had been strict about school work and training.

"* In all my time as a teacher and instructor, I have never seen a commoner catch up in swordsmanship so fast. At first, l had thought he would be useless and hold the others back, but his progression is faster than l could of have imagined." She had dropped her head and smiled sheepishly with her hands behind her back.

She had then turned to face the sky "* To think I looked down on him at first; he is good at everything. His school work, his household skills, and fighting ability .How scary that is and he is not even awakened imagen what would his growth look like if he had awakened? It is to scary to even imagine,* Sigh* I can only teach him so much but I hope he stays with lady Kayla and master Magnus they will make a great team that could push each other to great heights*"

"Okay, that's enough for today! Go get some rest, we will start magic history soon!" She was fierce, with every word said without any hesitation.

Kayla had whispered to Azrael who was leaning on the wooden sword trying to catch his breath "Mrs Gilda's training really makes a person tired and hungry right Azzy?". "Ya I know right? But it makes me so fired up when I push myself past my limits." Azrael had lifted a hand and clenched it into a fist and glared with a small smile.

"Let's go eat! Your sister is probably hungry, she has been very busy hanging out with her friends in the village." Kayla loved being around Lucy. She was like her own blood sister, and she had grown up to be super cute.

"Ya lets go, my cooking skills have improved, my food is even better than the maids you know!" Both Azrael and Kayla had run to the house and straight into the kitchen. But when they arrived..

"Wow there's food already?" Azrael was surprised that someone had made food already. "Do you know who made our lunches?" Kayla had asked Azrael a question she obviously knew he did not know. "Big brother, Big sister you guys are back? Lunch is ready. I have asked the maids to make you food." Over the course of 1 full year Magnus had gotten used to Azrael and treated him like family similar to how he treats his sister with eminence and affection.

"How's magic going? You never join us outside for Physical training but always studying magic and things."

"Ya, I love magic a lot. I want to be an Arcanus that everyone can look up to!" Magnus's eyes had flicked with his burning will. It was very noticeable to everyone who was around.

Azrael smiled at Magnus then patted his head, "Hey Magnus, thanks a lot for the food, and yes I believe you will become a great Arcanus. Do you know if Lucy is back yet?". Magnus replied "She has not arrived yet, why? Is there something wrong?" Magnus popped a question that found its way down to Azrael's uneasy gut feeling.

"No, it's fine Magnus just checking in on my sister." Azrael had thought to himself. "*It's nothing l am just over reacting, it's nothing Azrael just calm down*"

A few more hours had passed Lucy had still not returned, this was usual for his sister. "*The maid should have brought her back by now.*" Azrael's initial uneasiness increased as time passed.

"Have you seen Lucy?" Azrael started to ask his friends one by one "No, l haven't isnt she home?" replied one of Azrael's friends but Azrael was too worried about finding his sister to hear the response. Azrael continued his search and asked others if they had seen or found his little sister Lucy. Kayla and Magnus had helped look. The guards and maids had joined the search for Azrael's Little sister Lucy. But nobody seems to have found anything about his sister. So Azrael decided to do one last search for Lucy in the house, because maybe he had missed a place while he had searched for his sister.

"Lucy! Lucy! Lucy! Where are you?" Azrael yelled as he searched his house, Azrael had started to get really upset, he was told to look after his sister and now she is lost. "*What will I do if mom and dad return today? What will I tell them? How could I be so irresponsible!*"

Azrael's friend, Emma yelled, "What is this? Hey Azzy l think you should come and see this!" and soon after everyone had gathered at the spot Emma had called from. "What is it? Why did you yell? Are you ok? What did you find?" the worried friends exclaimed checking if anything had happened close to Emma.

"No don't worry about me, I am fine, the person we should be most worried about is Lucy. l think she was kidnapped by some bandits." There stood a note about the bandits who have taken many kids. In return for not hurting them and selling them off to good slave traders, the villagers must pay money. Her face turned sour at the thought of the bandits. "We need to find her and save her now!" Azrael rushed past Mei. Mei shouted at the now hot head Azrael, "You need to calm down ok?" The bandits stopped not too long ago but now they seemed to have started again. Everyone was upset and all their faces showed frustration and anger as well as confusion as to why the bandits would begin again.

Azrael had grit his teeth as a tear fell down, his heart beat echoed through his body. He felt an unfamiliar feeling filled his whole body and ignite every muscle, "*What is the feeling? I feel like I can't control it, I just can't stop it. I feel like it won't ever go away until my sister is returned. I feel like I can do anything. I will save my sister and everyone else that was kidnapped!*"

Azrael wiped his tears and followed the guards to the destination where the money had to be dropped off "Lucy will be just fine and plus we can't rush in there alone right guys?" Mei whispered.

Azrael started picturing Lucy being tied up, cold, alone, crying for her big brother to save her and missing her family. "Well Mei, it does not matter because the royal guards will help us so there's no way we can lose!"

The group of kids who were barely even 11 settered out on their first adventure to find and save Lucy Raven!
