201 I Had No Other Choice

It was the hope of getting the chance to see her once again which had filled me. To me, it felt no less than a joke; my current condition. 

'How long has it been?' I questioned myself as I looked around the entrance of the woods. 

'Barely a day…' I already knew the answer to it, but recalling it didn't help me either. There was this mind numbing feeling which hit me every time my eyes failed to locate her.

Was this what people call longing for your beloved? 

Maybe…. Because all I could care about in the moment was her. My eyes longed to see her. There was this fire burning inside me that could only be extinguished by a single glance of hers. But the lady who ruled my heart was nowhere to be seen.
