In a steampunk victorian world filled with monsters, magic, and the somewhat strange there is a country with but a single city. A great city encapsulated by a dome... and for Xanis Evergreen he would like nothing more than to watch this city burn to the ground. From poverty to sickeningly wealthy follow Xanis in his plot to destroy the great city of Highdal.
