The Empress and Consort Will Survive!

The Empress and Noble Consort were as close as sisters could be, even if they weren't related by blood. Both lived their lives happily devoting themselves to care for their Emperor. But, wait a minute, Emperor?! Whose that White Lotus you brought home?! Having to pick between life and death, the two women choose to survive! They escape with the help of the servants and guards, and leave towards a country on the opposite side of the continent looking for a new life. But it doesn't seem they can stay out of the way of nobility for long, as a mysterious merchant suddenly claims to be related to them! Having to prove otherwise, the girls slowly find themselves being entangled with the high society they had just left, and what's worse, discovered a new power that will leave the world speechless! This story is one of mostly sisterly love, with romance and drama sprinkled throughout. It's my first long story, so if you're not looking for plot holes, mediocre grammar and potential cliches, I hope you do find what you are looking for!
