Martial Cultivation also increases the cultivator's grace and finesse allowing the Cultivator to be able to weird and use weapons easily. In short, Martial Cultivation is a form of Cultivation used for Combat.

Elemental Cultivators have weaker bodies compared to the Martial Cultivators but possess strong mind and greater brain power.

Essence Cultivators have relatively weak bodies compared to the Martial Cultivators and Elemental Cultivators. Their worth and Battle prowess is nothing to be scoffed at. They possess strong mind and spirit.
