On a Tokyo street with many civilians a rouge ninja named Kazan is wreaking havoc. He killed many civilians before the police force arrived and attempted to arrest him. An officer ninja described the rouge to have a red mohawk, black bandana, sunglasses, black hoodie which wouldn't catch on fire from his flames, and a weapon holder for his bostaff that had slots on the tips for blades to come out. This blade could secrete poison or even heat up to burn and kill his targets with ease. This rouge ninja is the brother of an up and coming ninja who's name is Kasai Higashi. Kasai is like his brother, he can use fire magic very well and wants to surpass his brother (Kasai doesn't know his brother was a rouge ninja). He is attending a school to learn his magic, how to use it properly, and new magic techniques or spells. His best friend, Raijn Takara named after the god of thunder in Japanese culture, his best magic is lightning magic.
