36 Gaining control

A defeated look was on Howzer's face while he watched Jax standing above him. He thought of his words and in the next instant his expression changed to a determined one. A look of wanting to change was on his face. A slight smile was on Jax's face 'it could be that i have awakened a human monster.'

The human race was weaker than any race that walked this world. Yet they still survived all this time they had lives much shorter than the other races. Overall battle power was lower but right now in front of Jax he saw a human determined to change this.

A human that would do anything to reach those heights. Jax had a feeling Howzer could do it after all why cant humans reach the level of demons and gods? A human being is someone with endless potential. That is what Jax truly believed.

Howzer picked himself up and looked at Jax, "i will become stronger" before Jax had the change to reply to his friend he heard a voice. "What a touching reunion" Jax looked up at the sky and he saw Jeroichi on a a monster and next to her another Holy knight was there. This time Guila was not there after all she was no longer part of this world.

An annoyed expression was on Jax's face he didnt like the look on the girls face. "It was a look of someone who had lost themself in power." He had seen it too much in his past life people who lost themself in money and power. The arrogance on Jerochi's face was clear while she jumped down. She started to walk towards Jax clear that she desired to battle him suddenly Ban walked in front of Jax. "Cap'n told us to split up go where you want i will deal with this."

Jax looked at Ban before thanking him and walking away with Howzer he looked at Howzer and told him to help the spectators leave the area. Immediatly Howzer ran towards a open space where he started to scream towards the spectators to leave.

Back at Ban's place an angry Jerochi could be seen, "how dare you intervene in my fight with him" a crazed look was on her face. A teasing expression was on Ban's face, "didnt know the kid was so loved by the girls" he said while laughing.

Jax was slowly walking trough the city before he saw a girl with purple hair and a big man walking. He knew who this was of course, "Princess Veronica huh another spoiled princess" an annoyed voice escaped from Jax. He truly didnt like people that were spoiled like that and thought themself to alway be right. He just decided to follow the duo untill they reached the place of Meliodas and Elizabeth.

There he saw Meliodas laying on the ground while Elizabeth being naked. He didnt care and just decided to watch for now. And then it started Veronica started to talk about how evil Meliodas was and how the Sins have brainwashed Elizabeth. Jax was just laying on a roof while watching this play out his annoyance growing with the second. 'How can Gil even love a princess because they all seem so stupid.'

Suddenly he saw Meliodas stand up while being unstable on his feet, "ill protect Elizabeth" instead of Veronica believing him she started to speak about how he is evil and a brain washer. Jax slowly got up and then he started to get angry the words that entered his ears were those of Veronica speaking the words to seal Meliodas. 'To think she is actually trying to seal a demon prince in such a weak goddes amber' Jax suddenly jumped down and the ground shook beneath his feet.

Veronice and Griammore looked shocked at what just happened and looked at the new comer of course they recognized the newest member of the group. Yet Veronica's arrogant air was around her, "so are you here to be captured too" she wanted to say more but before she could laughter filled the air, "capture me?" Suddenly an immense bloodlust was released from Jax's body. Every single person had to kneel, "you want to capture me? With what? You are not capable of even scratching me.

And your bodybuilder boyfriend? He wouldnt even last 5 seconds and he would die without even knowing how he died" slowly the bloodlust started to cease and everyone could breathe again. Scared expressions were on everyone's face including Elizabeth's. She could tell that Jax would kill Veronice if she spoke like that again.

And then Griammore spoke up, "the kingdom wont let" before he could finish his sentece Jax spoke up, "Rose" was all he said and in the next instant a bird appeared on his shoulder. The duo looked weirdly at the bird that released small burst of flames. "Burn them to remind them to not act so arrogant" Jax asked towards Rose and in the next instant she flew into the sky while she released some small flames.

When it landed on the duo's body screams filled the air. Their bodys were being burned untill it stopped and they laid on the ground while breathing heavily. "Hoo this is an unexpected situation" when Jax looked to his right he saw Elizabeth having awakened her god powers. In the next instant suddenly the two burned body's were being healed. "How could you be so cruel" Elizabeth asked towards Jax tears were streaming down her face.

She threw many insults towards Jax and to be honest it hurted him. He started to think of his previous actions and knew that what he did was something he shouldnt have done. yet he couldnt admit his fault. It was as if something has been hindering him.

"You have to learn of everything" Eien suddenly spoke up.

"Everything?" Jax asked not knowing what Eien meant at all.

"Yes gain control over my bankai and it would make eveything clear" The scythe spoke up.

When Jax returned to the real world he looked towards Elizabeth while he apoligized to her. "I need to go tell dad i wont be back for a while" Jax had the feeling that what he was about to do was something that would change everything. He decided to leave he knew the group could handle themselfves when he would be back was even unclear to himself. Yet he knew that what he was about to do would impact everything.

Without even waiting for her reply Jax was gone. On his way to make everything clear for himself.

Note: hoo this is most likely not what you all thought would happen. To be honest i dont want a story where the mc just walks the original plot. This is a turn i had decided quite a while ago and will make sense in a couple of chapters.
