7 Chapter 06: My Sword Who Will Defend The Land (1)

Over a week passed already when I and Empress Herean leading over a thousands soldiers eliminating or rather to say executing some criminals immediately and imprisonment to the remaining, for the Empress I serve my swords swung to many heads and blood stains on my clothes along with the joyful cheer of the crowd I can see my Empress riding on a black pegasus diving to the center of chaos swinging his blade & casting spell with his scepter, Amaris Herean is the Empress of Acun but I want to serve him as the Greatest Hero of Acun until my death or until my next life I have one empress and the one is now standing on my front.

Criminals are still unmeasurable here even over a week have passed also Sir. Mylon was always with me I know his my personal knight but why does he not complain about these immediately executions maybe it's because his pride as a knight but I don't want him to serve me as a executioner or as a war machine, I want him to be my sword to defend the land not to devastate it also here we now walking straight to a den of murderers or future rebels I have hundreds of soldiers with me together with Sir. Mylon according to the information we received over a hundred future rebels are gathered here and they're being supported by Jin de Dragon Empire I don't know how they can contact each other but let us ignore it right now I will deal with them in the future.

We keep moving without any fear at all I can see my soldiers full of determination gripping hard to their weapons even magic casters or mages are chanting spells immediately while keeping a quiet action and then we finally reach the den but....How can they hide in a town full of soldiers there's at least 500 of them also they're fully armed hundred of them are on full armor, some on a light clothes but you can them as assassins or an elite assassins, for the rebels inside these buildings I can see they're mages wearing white robes lace with gold & silver markings morphing to a Jin de Dragon but I can see they're mages from the Temple of Acun the ones who was kidnapped these traitors shall die.

I contact my soldiers scattered everywhere by Nova Telepathy to preapre for an immediately attack & defense at the same time I ordered dozens elite mages to handle those traitors believers half of the soldiers was on Sir. Mylon surrounded those who are in full armor, I and the remaing soldiers prepared an one-direct attack at those assassins this battle is against 200 and 500.

[ Nova Thunder Shock] I cast to them a single thunderbolt directing to their heads half of the assassins was fried and Sir. Mylon coating his sword with his bronze color mana stabbing one enemy and slice the armor of another one those fully armored rebels was caught by surprise of soldiers running straight to them and those mages above was immediately handle by the others resulting to an elemental collision.

" For the Acun kill all of them show no mercy!" Sir. Mylon yelled together with the screams of those who fall and those standing covered in blood.

" Idiots! We need some survivors to interrogate so calm your heads!" I shouted to them while clashing with two assassins holding an a meter claw-like sword I coated my blade with my light-color magic spell not with mana for a certain reason I step back while clashing with them without a single gap between us they're elites assassins for sure how they swing & stab their sword while moving faster than an ordinary assassins also I can sense they coated their vital points all of them from head to toe with an invisible mana I'm being push to the ground now so it leave me no choice but to manipulate the mana surrounding the three of us turning it into an red needles shooting their entire bodies but they ignore the pain luckily for me the enemies underestimate my action resulting their entire bodies losing oxygen everytime they were shot, for this time their moves are quite...no..very sloppy I can see their eyes & nose streaming soon by blood so I grab my scepter along with my blade earlier and stab them to their chest.

Both of them was bleeding a lot and in a matter of time they will die I glance at Sir. Mylon kicking one of those full armored rebels at the breastplate while immediately clashing with another two rebels with his two swords he was push back and the other one he kick was standing wielding a large claymore Sir. Mylon against 3 Full-Armored rebels I can see a grin to him I want to watch their battle so I casted dozen of spells and directed to those traitors inside.

[ Nova Fire Blast ] [ Nova Sea Glaciers ] [ Nova Storm Blow ] [ Nova Mountain Smash ] ...

It's a well done another great elemental collision occured now I can watch their battle but they were starting already Sir. Mylon swinging his right sword to his front and his left sword defending the other side, he run to the front pushing one of them with his two swords crossed at each other the rebel fall and the two rebels swung their swords to his back but he escape by rolling down to his front and stand back while one of his sword stabbing the fallen rebel on its armor passing through its throat.

He left his sword and swing the other one to the pauldron and it stuck to the enemy luckily it hit the bone yet still alive also the remaining rebel stab it sword to him but it only hit on his side, Sir. Mylon run to get his other sword while being followed by the rebel whose swinging its claymore to the air but he manipulate the mana to form a lot shield in the air and took a grip to his sword throwing it to the rebel chest with a spell cast on it [ Bull Thrust ] the armor that it wear shattered to pieces yet Sir. Mylon sprint to his other sword stuck on the remaining enemy he was coating his fist with mana and release a smash to the enemy helm along with retrieving his sword slash in the broken helm Sir. Mylon was streaming in sweat he won then took his two swords.

Sir. Mylon Knigean is one of the Magic Knights of House Knigean, he pulled one of the soldiers near to him before being slice into half by the enemy and goes back at commading the soldiers he was the tank & vanguard to his fellow soldiers the battle to his area goes smoothly because of him, I feel relieved because of him now we can win this with less casualties also we already finish those assassins we left 10 of them alive they seems to be an officers, beside on my side those traitors believers was already tied with Acun Chains which torture them.... I mean sealing them with heat everytime they tried to escape for the remaining enemies I will handle it.

I swung my sword to an enemy's back and cast two spells with my scepter [ Nova Shock Block & Nova Cold Prison ] moving forward stabbing another one to its belly and punching someone face with my scepter [ Nova Steel Jab ] I supported some of soldiers near me we shove the enemies to the ground and knock them down one by one I reach Sir. Mylon group by time and my pegasus came pushing the enemies to us of course we stab some of them I climb at its back and swing my sword to those I pass by and spells casted by my scepter directing to those enemies who gathered on a single places resulting for a massive advantage to us we continue the battle for hours until we won finally.

After the battle everyone took a rest inside the town hall I have 200 soldiers with me now 130 alive, 45 injured, and 25 deaths while on the rebel side 370 died and the remaining was left with injuries It's a victory a great success to the empire also I need to report these to the Temple I sat at the stair observing my people recovering, sleeping, and laughing or enjoying our success I'm happy that their smiles are still intact on their mouths I'm proud to be with them especially Sir. Mylon polishing his swords and giving them a light peck he brought great contribution to this battle killing or defeating many of the rebels while commanding & defending his fellow soldiers he still care for those around him I'm glad he still with a heart not just with his incredible strength.

I sat besides him and place my weapons to other side I look at him grinning happily to his

swords he was focus loving his swords even ignoring my presence I want to laugh but his eyes I can see the guilt on his gaze I always notice when he swung his sword for me even though he was not complaining I know he felt guilty for my & his actions I cough and he notice me.

" Your Empress Amaris I didn't know you're here!" he express with his face shock as in completely shock I want to laugh but, " Your Empress did you cough blood again let me see." he added now his face are showing worries for me a reason I can't laugh right now.

" I cough with blood already before we start this successful raid so don't worry about me." I respond then slap his shoulder. " Your Empress my wound!" he yelled but I continue

" You idiot your single wound is not on your shoulder it's in the side of your abdomen you can't trick but nice try." I said giving a loud laugh at him I'm very proud of him and to everyone here I want to enjoy these success with everyone now but there are lots of problems to handle first.

" Does my acting make my Empress Amaris happy?" he asked.

" Yes your poor acting make me happy Sir. Mylon." I answered.

" Empress Amaris, what are you going to do with the survivors?"

" I will torture them.....I mean interrogate them properly and fairly I promise." giving him a sincere grin with full of malicious I'm just kidding with full of Mercy.

" I can't believe your still on a young age even though your mindset absolutely doesn't suit with your age." he give a relax sigh after his reply.

" Sir. Mylon how old are you may I ask not as your Empress but as a friend or a litter brother?" I asked.

" I was born at 785 E.E so I'm 25 & 30, my friend Amaris Herean." he respond to me with an relax face of his I always wanted people to call me by my name 'Amaris Herean' not with those greetings ' Your Majesty' or ' Your Empress' but including ' Amaris would be alright too with the Empress only.

" Your old enough to be married my friend Mylon Knigean, why are you still single!" I laugh at him cause I know why.

" Your Empress Amaris stop laughing at your humble knight I have no time for women or men to love with my life right now." he remarked this guy was an 'full-time Knight & Swords only and no more' that's why I'm laughing right now I wish this guy find someone worthy for him.

We let time flew to us days, and weeks have passed continuing these endless raids, inspections, executions, and more Sir. Mylon was always in my side helping his fellow knights and mages to battle, for us these battles will be our bond in war through peace so we need to bring peace to settle our bond that will be recorded to history and last by thousands of years.
