Chapter 6 Water Pouring Out Of The Walls

Anthony heard a ding checking it revealed that his geckos had eaten a couple different insects. (Congratulations you have unlocked grasshoppers, crickets, house flys, wolf spiders, and earth worms all of these guys cost from 1dp to 5dp except the wolf spiders which cost 7dp). While they were just insects they would add new life and jump start his current ecosystem of just black garden ants, banded geckos, and mice. The rest of the night had passed pretty peacefully since the teachers invaded. This incident had woken Anthony up to his own situation he had to increase the distance between him and the school by at least a mile. Anthony's plans for today were to once again increase the distance between him and the school. Anthony wanted to create the start of a couple branching paths while he increased his size.

Since enough time had passed Anthony's mana had completely recovered he immediately began terraforming. Anthony first started by adding twists and turns by moving the core room he kept this up for a while. By the end of terraforming Anthony had increased the dungeons from 150 meters to 200 meters. Anthony was mentally tired every time he used terraforming he felt like his soul left his body the last edit Anthony did was to make the other entrance wider he didn't make it any taller though. Through Anthony's tunnel expansion he ran into a water source he wasn't able to pay much attention to it while using terraforming but he looked at it now. There was was water pouring down the wall it wasn't all bad though there was no threat of flooding.

Anthony had lengthened the water system without filling it with water so the water was filling it up and luckily whatever type of water source he bumped into had living creatures in it so there were a ton of new invaders. Anthony could already see in the water pouring in crawfish, tadpoles, and various types of small fish. Anthony was honestly quite interested in the crawfish he seemed to remember them fondly from before being a dungeon core. The ice elementals didn't really have to kill the fish or tadpoles as there wasn't enough water for them to breath so they just flopped around and suffocated. The issue with this is depending on what type of water source he hit you know creek, river, pond, or lake. Anthony didn't think it was the ocean cause the types of fish were freshwater species like blue catfish, bluegills, a couple small mouth bass and one baby alligator gar fish. The small gar was actually one of his best catches if not the best catch of the day.

Anthony had to have the ice elemental kill the gar since they breath air it struggled pretty violently for such a tiny thing. Anthony watched as sadly it's struggles amounted to nothing as it was slowly covered in ice after which it promptly suffocated the same process befell the crawfish. Anthony absorbed them along with some plant matter that seemed to be sucked into the hole. (Congratulations you have gained access to the following animals blue catfish, bluegill, freshwater drum, small mouth bass, alligator gar, redear sunfish, common crawfish, American bullfrog). (Congratulations you have gained access to these plant species American lotus, algae, coon tails, common water lilies, pine tree, willow tree as a reward for obtaining so many animals and plants you have been given 500dp and a full mana restoration as always good luck surviving).

Prey animals

Blue catfish cost 17dp for one, bluegill 5dp for one, freshwater drum 8dp for one, small mouth bass 15dp for one, alligator gar 23dp for one, redear sunfish 4dp for one, common crawfish 10dp for one, American bullfrog 18dp for one.

Plants

American lotus 7dp for one, algae dp cost 1 meter of algae costs 7dp, coon tails cost 4dp for one, common water lilies cost 4dp for one, pine trees cost 10dp for one, willow tree cost 15dp for one.

Anthony had gained more dp from killing all the new invaders so he now had a total of 667dp with this he could flesh out his dungeon even more. Anthony was debating what to buy when a flat black head poked through the hole where water is constantly pouring out. The creature slowly climbed through the hole revealing it was a salamander the size of a small dog it had green dots spread around its body. Unfortunately for the salamander the ice elemental was still close by so it was promptly shot in the face with a ice ball. The salamander struggled trying to escape back into hole but couldn't as the water pushed it back out and the ice had stuck to its skin restricting it's movements. The ice elementals repeated attacks killed the salamander after which Anthony absorbed it. Anthony gained access to a new monster called overgrown salamander cost 35dp for one 175dp for a spawn point. Anthony stationed the ice elemental at the hole so it could kill any new invaders.

Anthony had gained 15dp from the overgrown salamanders death putting him at 682dp. Since all the invaders are dead he could focus on filling his dungeon with new plants and animals. First Anthony purchased four of each new animal two males and two females for 400dp he placed them in the currently water filled portions of his creek. Anthony was a little disappointed cause he hadn't even bought any plants or spawn points and hes already down to 282dp. Second Anthony bought four of each plant besides the tree's for 88dp he spread them out across his dungeon even in the parts where there wasn't water. Anthony spent mana to fill the creek up with water to prevent any of his newly bought plants and animals from dying. Anthony. spent another 50dp on buying four of each insect he got earlier. Anthony now had 149dp he didn't really feel like spending any more dp so he spent his mana making dens, crevices, and burrows in his creek so each animal could hide if needed. Anthony also made the creek five feet deep in some parts and four feet deep in most places three feet deep was now only around the edges of the creek.

Anthony looked over his newly improved dungeon his mana siting at a comfortable 216. Anthony was debating what to do next he couldn't afford an overgrown salamander spawn point at the moment but honestly he could see them in his dungeon as they fit in with his environment. Anthony noticed midnight had since his spawn points had spit out two new earth and ice elementals an entire day had passed since the teachers had intruded. Anthony observed his new animals the gar seemed to like swimming confidently in the middle of of his not so wide creek. Anthony felt a little unsatisfied with how small his creek was not by how deep it was but by how wide it was. The cave was about twelve feet across his creek was about seven feet across leaving two and a half feet of land on each side.

Anthony was unsure what direction to take his dungeon he could just continue to widen his dungeon bit by bit or just continue making series of tunnels turning himself into a maze. Anthony felt widening the cave was the way to go but he was missing various things needed to make his dungeon better Anthony's current list of wants.

1 Some kind of light source sure he could see everything just fine but this was not the case for his monsters and animals.

2 More monsters Anthony currently only had access to five monsters and only three really fit in with his current dungeon.

3 Anthony wanted to level up he wasn't sure how much more experience he needed but Anthony could feel that he was close to it.

Anthony finally decided to just widen his dungeon for now so he started working on it. While Anthony was working on his expansion animals and the odd leaf and other plant matter were still being pushed into his dungeon. The ice elementals luckily weren't alone in dealing with these intruders the gar helped by mauling these invaders. Two hours had passed before Anthony finished his adjustments Anthony for some reason he had trouble expanding the dungeon in the later half. But Anthony had succeeded his dungeon was now eighteen feet across but still ten feet tall throughout the entire dungeon his creek now sat at a comfortable thirteen feet across. Anthony had noticed the water pouring out of the wall was still going strong he had also succeeded in getting a couple more plants and animals. Anthony had gained large mouth bass, mosquitoes, soft shell turtle, snapping turtle and lastly a water strider. Anthony had gained plant wise grass, moss, oak tree, and dandelions it was a small harvest but a good one.
