Only a Few Have the Strength

Victor was a seventeen-year-old boy who had joined Sakura Bushido after they won their first championship in the All Valley tournament.

Since then, he had trained and learned about unity, respect, and discipline. Like many others, he had participated in competitions, winning all except those where Dash participated. In the eyes of everyone, he was the second-best male fighter in Sakura Bushido.

That's why today, being taken to this inter-school martial arts event, he was so excited that he wanted to shout, "Is this going to be our revenge?" Victor's eyes were burning with excitement.

Matteo beside him rolled his eyes and said, "I heard many of the students here are idiots, that's precisely why we should wipe the floor with them."

Devon nodded beside him, "You shouldn't hold back; we must show authority, period."

She had heard Dash's plan, and it was well thought out for what they wanted to achieve. According to her observation, if they don't demonstrate their true authority in this Dojo, everyone will end up underestimating them. It would be much better to assert their authority.

Tory, who was training, saw Devon among the crowd of Sakura Bushido students. As one of the few girls from Cobra Kai, she had been called to participate, even though she hadn't been training for long.

But when she learned that Devon might be among the rival students, she got excited because she could finally thank her for taking her home that day. Also, she realized that someone had paid several months' rent, something she needed to make sure to repay since it was a considerable amount of money.

"You should go say hi before the fights begin. Everyone will get tense, and it might not look good if we get along with the enemy." Aisha on the side looked at Tory and understood what she wanted to do.

Tory nodded, walked towards the Sakura Bushido students, and noticed Devon, who was warming up for the fights, realizing that someone was approaching.

"Hi, when I woke up, I wanted to call you, but I never got your number." Tory greeted Devon with a smile.

Devon looked up and, upon seeing Tory, smiled too. "I didn't expect things to get so crazy that day. How are you?"

"I'm fine. By the way, about the money..." Tory wanted to mention the rent that Dash had paid, but Devon stopped her before she could finish speaking and said, "Don't worry about that. There's no need to pay it back. Consider it a small gift."

Tory smiled and said, "That's even better than a gift. You saved me from that jerk..."

"We had a chance to meet him; Dash even broke his nose..." Devon briefly recalled those moments.

"Come on, let's finish the training!" Johnny shouted, wanting the event to start before anything else happened.

Tory, who wanted to keep talking to Devon, smiled importantly and said, "We'll talk later."

"Sure!" Devon, who now considered Tory a good girl, believed that both of them could get to know each other better and could even become very good friends.

Dash, who had returned from outside because he wanted to get water for everyone, looked at Devon, who was talking to Tory, so he didn't do anything flashy.

"Have you chosen the order already?" Dash asked Victor, who was very excited.

Matteo beside him nodded. "First, Paul will go. Considering many things, we believe he's the best choice to go first."

"Are you okay with that, Paul?"

Upon hearing Dash's question, Paul, who was a bit nervous, nodded and said, looking at everyone, "I'll finish the weak ones. I won't disappoint you."

"You already have experience in how tournaments work; do your best." Dash nodded at Paul's confidence and looked at Chozen, who was waiting on the side.

"All right, once the fight starts, the duels will be continuous. We're not here to hurt each other but to learn and gain more experience." Chozen said as he looked at the students.
