The world re-elect a new governing system they named it "New Government Official" also called as NGO. The NGO is composed of Ten Council member, Each of them is strong that can destroy an island with one punch.

Because devil fruits became scarce in the world,Many scientist all over the world join hands to make an artificial Devil fruit, After many years their hard work paid off they manage to create the first artificial Devil fruit. The scientist then made an organization named "Devil Fruit Pagoda" it is an organization that is outside the control of the government.

Because the greedy NGO want to make the Devil Fruit Pagoda their own, The Devil Fruit Pagoda declare war on the NGO. The Devil Fruit Pagoda trained people and give them artificial devil fruits, They are now the Five Pillars that can fight two NGO Council at a time.

The world flung into chaos because of the war, The sea turn blood red, Every Island became a battle field.

East Blue

Zack who was watching the news, His father died when he was a baby. She is Magdalene, the mother of Zack

"Zack, What's the news about?" Magdalene Asked.

"Its about the war, The Devil fruit pagoda received some casualties in the war with the NGO" Zack said.

"The war is currently next to our island we might get caught in the war" Zack continued.
