The Night

Rowan looked at Suri's stomach for a moment.

"You... were okay, right? You did not drink any alcoholic beverages or run around playing with Hope and Grace?"

"Look at this Mr. Rowan. Who was the older sibling here? Me or you?" Suri teased, making Rowan smile

Suri made sure that she took good care of herself while Rowan was away.

"I'm glad you've managed to stick to your decision, Suri. Doing that was not something easy. Especially if you fight papa. Sorry I couldn't help you at that time."

Suri turned to her brother. She noticed Rowan's calm expression. There was something strange, Suri thought. For someone who initially had the impression that he didn't like Maxieno, Rowan was very calm when it came to the decision that Suri would marry Maxieno. Like this was also what Rowan wanted.

"Are you happy that I will marry Maxieno?" Suri asked her brother.
