8 Who Is He Really?

She was broken from her trance when she felt her parents hugging her. She really was glad that someone was beside her and like always she was happy knowing that they were her parents.

Liu Rushi looked at her parents with a red nose and teary eyes. Her tears hadn't stopped up till now. She spoke to them while crying.

Her voice low "I'm sorry.. But this is whom I love. I know, I should have voiced out before itself, I thought that I would forget him but... who knew that first love is a love that is always crept in our hearts FOREVER. I'm sorry Mom, Dad. I don't want to angry you guys but I think I can't marry him."

Her parents hugged her and tried calming her. Her mom wiped her tears and rubbed her hair as if she was a 10-year old child and spoke "I don't know, my dear. But we will give you some time. Think about it wisely and say. We won't force you if your answer is a no. Okay?? We love you more than anything. Now stop crying.... You ain't a small baby"

With that her mom hit her shoulder and Liu Rushi ended up screaming "Oww.. Mom.. slowly.. I'm crying over here and you are hitting me... Not fair." She puffed her face and inhaled some air. She took deep breaths and saw her Dad approaching the young man.

Her Dad looked at the young man and spoke in an apologetic tone "I don't know, Lei Qingshan. But the decision now depends on my daughter. Whatever she says, that will be the answer... I'm sorry for her rude behavior but that happens in most of the cases when a girl loses her everything. I hope you understand and I will appreciate it if you do understand it."

The moment Liu Rushi heard his name, her eyes widened. She thought 'What the heck is that?? Don't tell me, this guy really is having guts. From Zhang Wei, a flower shop owner to Lei Qingshan, a top notch businessman in Beijing. I'm like...pfft.. He really can be someone huh??' She started laughing in her mind.

And the tears which were falling down her cheeks were now dry and she had a slight smile on her face. To be honest, it really wasn't a slight smile, she was trying her best not to laugh - that's what her smile was.

Lei Qingshan was a top notch businessman of Beijing. But no one exactly knew how he looked because he always had his face covered. That's odd though, but he never showed up his face. Only his eyes which were blue and his hair which was brown would be seen. That really was typical, but when the reason was asked he would say "No comments".

She felt grateful that her plan was working halfway through. Even though, she was heartbroken, she really wanted to know the identity of the person standing in front of her. She had always believed her heart, and this time her heart had said her that the guy standing in front of her was Zhang Wei only, who had disguised himself like a businessman and also as her fiancé.

When she had heard Zhang Wei propose her, she really felt happy that she was gonna get her first love back. But after knowing his intentions, she was heartbroken. And now, when he had come saying that he was not Zhang Wei, but her fiancé, questions started popping up in her mind.

'Who is he?? Why is he disguising himself as Lei Qingshan?? How can a flower shop owner be a rich businessman. He is a middle class guy but he is acting all rich....How can it be?? Who is he really?? She felt her part one of the plan succeed when he went out of the house without speaking anything. Liu Rushi let out a deep a sigh and started laughing. Her parents were dumb struck when they heard her laugh.

Her dad yelled up at her "Liu Ruhsi !!! What sort of a drama is this??? Why are you laughing??" Liu Rushi looked at her father, with tears in her eyes which probably came from her severe laughing.

She reached him and calmed him down. She gave a small peck on his cheek and spoke "Dad.. See, half of the things are true and the other half are not true."

Her parents looked at her with a confused expression.

Seeing that her parents were confused she spoke again "See... Today, Zhang Wei, the flower shop guy, he came and proposed me and I rejected him. And I guess, you guys haven't taken a look at Zhang Wei that's why, you guys have thought him as Lei Qingshan.

Just imagine Mom and Dad, The man who never showed his face to media, why will he come up over here and ask the marriage to take place and eventually show his face also. I agree, that we are engaged but we should be the one to contact him, not him to come and contact us right?? The guy who had come right now, saying that he is my fiancé, is just the same as Zhang Wei.

Now, I don't think so, it's gonna be a coincidence, that my fiancé and Zhang Wei look the same. But this thing can be true, that Zhang Wei disguised himself as a businessman and came over here. After hearing their daughter act up as a detective, their parents felt in a daze.

Her mom still had something to know and so she questioned her "But, why did you cry then? Why did you pretend saying that you love someone else? You could have asked him right away, right??"

Hearing her mom questioning, Liu Rushi creased her eyebrows together and thought for an answer. When she came up with one, she replied "Actually mom, the guy whom I love is Zhang Wei itself. It happened in the past. A FIRST LOVE!! That's why, I couldn't help but cry.

All these years, I had longed to see him and after seven long years, he was back but... I couldn't get to him. I used this past as my plan to see him change his expressions and trust me mom, they really did change. I saw various mixed emotions in his eyes - pain, anger, regret, everything. Though I was not sure why he had pain in his eyes, but regret was clear.

He regretted disguising himself as someone else. Then when Dad said that the answer depends on me; whether I'll agree or not, the way he left shows everything. But I just need more evidence, so that I can make things clear regarding his identity. Eventually, I'll accept the marriage but I don't want to marry 'A DOUBLE FACED HUSBAND'." She accentuated the words 'A DOUBLE FACED HUSBAND' and made her parents clear.

Her parents made an 'O' face and Seeing that her parents understood, Liu Rushi smiled and said "So, now, I need your help... Just help me out with whatever I tell you and we will succeed in our plan. I really need you all. Without you all....."

She was shut by her parents hugging her "Shhh!! Fool!! You don't have to ask your parents for help, they are always with you, FOREVER!! Remember that!! You mean so much to us." They kissed on her forehead and embraced her in one more tight hug.

Liu Rushi felt relieved that her problem was solved and felt that small tears were escaping her big brown eyes.
