The Proposal

Everything was fine for a week until she started getting flowers and letters from someone whom she knew. Zhang Wei had been sending her letters and bouquets of flowers since the past two days to Liu Rushi.

Liu Rushi was stupefied by this person. She stomped her feet and took the bouquet of roses in her hand and went to his flower shop. She opened the door and barged in searching for Zhang Wei.

With a frown on her face she asked one of the employees "Where is your boss??" The employee being a woman was kind of envious on seeing the bouquet in her hand and at the same time afraid on seeing the frown on Liu Rushi's face. She pointed her towards a brown door at the far end of the room.

Liu Rushi reached the doorstep and knocked on it. After getting no reply, she entered the door with a loud thud. Seeing Zhang Wei sleeping while sitting on his chair, she threw the bouquet on the table and 'THUD' came the sound and Zhang Wei woke up.

Zhang Wei blinked his eyes and saw Liu Rushi standing in front of him. He kept his legs on the table and looked at Liu Rushi with a smirk.

Liu Rushi kept her hands on her waist and asked him "What is this, Mr. Zhang??" Zhang Wei looked at her huffed up face and then his gaze travels down onto the table where the flowers are thrown. He knew that she will come sometime or the other and so he tries to play innocent "What is what, Ms. Liu??

I assume you to be a fool who can't even identify these beautiful roses. No! Wait, a fool can also identify these, then why not you??" He tries to hold his laughter. But he can't, so he ends up laughing.

Liu Rushi became angered on seeing him laugh. She felt that she made a fool of herself by coming over here. She tried to control her anger by taking deep breath and then spoke again "Don't play with me, Mr. Zhang. I'm in no mood to play. Tell me the reason why have you been sending me these bouquets?? Are there too many bouquets in your shop that you like to send it to other people also??" Liu Rushi gave an evil grin.

Zhang Wei got up from his chair and started moving towards Liu Rushi. Seeing him come forward, Liu Rushi took a step back. She did not want to fall in his trap or something. Zhang Wei went past her and closed the door.

Liu Rushi turned to look at him with a baffled look. Zhang Wei got amused at her reaction and said "I think you were expecting something else, weren't you??" Liu Rushi opened her mouth to speak but she felt that her words were stuck in her mouth. So she closes it back without speaking any word.

Zhang Wei took the bouquet thrown on the table in his hand and sniffs it "Mmm, smells good."

Liu Rushi got even more agitated to a higher level. She clenched her fists together and spoke with a frown visible on her face "You haven't replied me yet, Mr. Zhang." She tapped her heels on the marble floor waiting for Zhang Wei to answer.

Zhang Wei approached her and whispered near her ear "That is my answer for you, Ms. Liu. You smell good." He sniffed her jet black hair and whispered again "Mmm, They smell so good."

Liu Rushi gasped at his words and lifted her hand to slap him. Just as she was about to slap him Zhang Wei caught hold of her hand and stops it in mid-air. He bit her ear and said "Behave yourself, woman!! I ain't gonna be hit by you..."

Liu Rushi felt the pain on her ear and she struggled to free her hand from his tight grip. Zhang Wei pushed her towards the wall and licked her bitten ear.

He then continues "You still are good as the first time I licked you. Now let's come back to the topic. About the flowers, Yes. I did send them to you. In fact, I personally came to your shop and left them near your doorstep.

Why?? Because all these days, I wasn't able to forget your beautiful face, your beautiful and luscious body, and so the thoughts had been troubling me ever since the day you left my house. All your moans and words are still lingering in my mind. That's why, I have decided to marry you so that your body can complete my lustr....."

*PA*

His dirty words were now cut off by Liu Rushi's hard slap. The slap sent a hard pain on his left cheek and he also imagined the finger prints to be imprinted on that spot. He touched his cheek and rubbed it lightly.

Liu Rushi felt the grip loosen on her hand and she quickly removed her hand from his grip. She rubbed her wrist and looked at him with a wicked smile "Don't consider me as a fool, Mr. Zhang. I'm also a human being and I got brains too. Your stupid and wicked words won't make me marry you." She turned around to leave.

"Don't worry, Ms. Liu. The play has just started. I'll make you mine no matter what." With that he strode forward and turned Liu Rushi and kissed her roughly on her plump pink lips.

Liu Rushi struggled from his kiss. She hit him on his hard chest and Zhang Wei grabbed her hands and pulled her closer. He then broke the kiss and said "Don't worry, woman. You are only mine and only mine. Remember that." Liu Rushi removed her hand from his hold and pushed him away.

As she began to walk out, Zhang Wei caught her wrist and pulled her by her waist. He then removed the strands of hair lying on her face and spoke with a soft tone "You are the most beautiful woman I have ever met. Please marry me!" With that he left her and went out of the room.

Liu Rushi stood rooted on her place and touched her lips. She didn't even know when her hand reached there to touch the lips. She still felt his hot breath lingering on her. Her eyes started to become blurry and tears started dripping down her face.

She remembered that she was engaged but she didn't even know to whom... and there was this guy who was now proposing her with ease.
