7 Chapter 6: The House ( Mansion)

Dear Diary,

Like I said last time this entire entry will be about what the house looks like inside and out! It really is an amazing house. I decided to call it a house because I don't want to write out mansion every time I refer to it.

Anyways, I'll start outside. The drive up to it is surprisingly wooded. it's like it is smack dab in the middle of a rich forest. now of course we have neighbors they just like really far away. Anyhow, in the front of the house is a ginormous fountain, and it reminds me of a bug wishing fountain. I think I even saw some pennies in it. Around back is a garden with roses and tulips and other sweet smelling flowers. Behind the garden is a shrubbery maze that I hope I never get lost in. It is literally huge! Off of the back door is a deck with a built in pool and hot tub that are surrounded by lounging chairs. I really like the back of the house. The paint of the house is creamy white with black paneling around the windows and door. It's inviting.

The inside seems to have a different theme for every room. So I'll only do the main ones. My room seems to be designed just for me. That's how much I like it! It has a light purple color for the walls, like a lavender, and the bed spread is black and purple. It has a wooden desk with a matching chair and it even has a walk- in closet and private bathroom with the best smelling shampoos and soaps. The kitchen is like a chess board. Everything is black and white except the dishes. they are designed to match the dining room. A mahogany dining room is just off of the kitchen, to the right, and it looks like it is lighted by candles. The soft glow it gives is also inviting. The living room was the biggest. It was a soft red and cream colored theme. it had velvet red couches in a horseshoe shape and a giant grandfather clock it the corner. By far my favorite room besides my room.

I didn't want to go into Alex's room but when he stepped out of it as I was walking by I caught a glimpse of it. It had a nice pine green paint on the walls that went perfectly with the black bed spread. It seemed everything in this house was black or dark colored. Almost as if he knew that I was heading back to my room he stopped me and told me to prepare for my task at hand tomorrow. I kinda ignored him until now. I'll think about it tonight. Well the clock just struck 10:00 and that means lights out for me. I'll update on my "task at hand" next time. Good night Diary!
